This place cheats and lies to you. I signed up for a 75 min massage. I only received 60. The door was open the entire time with the tv on and a lot of background noise going on. When I asked if she could close the door she told me it gets too hot for her…additionally, the sales person who stands on the street named Bashir is a liar and will do anything he can for your $. I was also in the sauna after my massage (complimentary) and he came in when I was not properly draped and made an inappropriate comment towards my body saying, “wow, and blew a kiss my way…”. When I explained my experience about the service being cut short he and the manager were not understanding and tried to make it seem everything was correct and that I was lying. Amazing experience! I am overly critical when it comes to massages and spas. I went with my partner and this was our first hamam experience. The ladies welcomed us with smiles and we had a good chat. I had Aysha as my therapist and she was beyond talented and amazing. She knew what to do when my knees were hurting from lying down and she made me very comfortable. She listened to me and applied the right pressure. My skin is very sensitive and the products they used were really good. The prices are good compared to other places and you get a more private experience as you will be the only one in the hamam most likely. After spending 3.5 months travelling throughout Europe my last stop was Turkey. I really wanted to experience a Turkish bath and Hamam. I was not disappointed with the treatments and facilities at Spa Hamam and massage. The sauna was hot and the Turkish bath great. The coffee pilling was different but good and the foam bath fun and relaxing. It was authentic, clean and extremely relaxing.
