Turkey is a country of beggars who prey on tourists — and this restaurant is no exception. We went there for dinner and sat on the terrace. As soon as our food arrived, it started raining. Not a single staff member acknowledged the situation, even as the food sat getting soaked. We had to move ourselves inside — completely on our own. Only after we raised our voices did one staff member begrudgingly offer to help carry the food.

We moved indoors, but the dinner was already ruined. It was nothing like the experience we had hoped for. In fact, we left the restaurant less than 20 minutes after starting our meal — that’s how bad it was.

And yet, they had the audacity to charge us 1800 lira for one chicken wrap, one plate of spaghetti, and two beers. That outrageous price even included a so-called “service charge.” Service? What service? There was absolutely none. The staff were indifferent, unprofessional, and shameless. If you’re going to charge for service, at least provide something that resembles it.

The food itself was terrible — the kind of cheap, flavorless food you could get for $10 or less anywhere else in the world. It’s laughable. Even beggars should have some dignity.

I recently celebrated my birthday there with my sister and a few friends, and it was an evening to remember.

The service was outstanding from start to finish.

We were attended by two incredibly kind and attentive young men, Mert and Hasan, whose professionalism and dedication truly stood out. They ensured that every detail of our evening was perfect, making us feel welcomed and well-cared-for throughout our meal. Their service was not only impeccable but also genuinely warm, which added a special touch to our celebration.

The live music added to the already vibrant atmosphere, creating the perfect setting for our special occasion. As a delightful end to the night, the musicians graciously played a song we requested, which made the experience even more memorable.
