Parovoz Speak Easy — Restaurant in Kyiv

Excellent food and delicious cocktails! We’ve been here last summer, sat at the bar and had a very nice bartender, who spoke English fluently and based on a small talk was able to create the exact combination of flavors out taste buds were craving. That was probably our best cocktail experience we had here in Ukraine. This year I visited the bar with a friend and we chose to sit at the table, it was a Thursday night and the bar got pretty crowded, so there was a delay with one of the cocktails we ordered. I was surprised that as soon that we addressed the issue to our server we got a complimentary cocktail as an apology as well as a verbal one. The first bar which is rated within TOP 500 BARS OF THE world. And it did make it to the 255th place in 2021. I have to admit, it is defintely a highly professional bar with amazing smiling people and pleasant atmosphere. I described the bartender my prefernces and he did it a cocktail as perfect as it possible with a tiny personal touch of “Parovoz“ Bar. Don’t be shy to come early, as I did, so you get a chance to chat with guys without the crowd ;) to find it you need to take a door on the left side from the cinema and a security person can assist you further. Great place! Kind of a secret spot to find in the city. I've noticed that Kiev has these really cool bars that are tucked away for only the select to find. The bartenders take their craft very seriously. They have a wide variety of cocktails that you can experience and enjoy. It was a great crowd, everyone seemed to be having fun. Drinks are little more pricier than your normal Kiev watering hole. Nonetheless, it was a cool place to check out and have a drink. I would definitely recommend and I will return.
