B-Lounge — Restaurant in Abu Dhabi

The workers were nice, but honestly not very good at their jobs. Someone who got to the bar right before me was helped right away. And then they looked down to do something while two more workers walked up and stood there while I stood there... I finally asked if they can see me or if I'm invisible. It was a mission to get our food orders in. My second Pepsi never arrived. Food was served quickly and was fine. In the 30-45 minute span that we were there, two other guests were complaining about the service - one was at the bar demanding to see a manager and someone else complained to the front desk of the hotel and a manager from reception was talking to one of...

Great atmosphere and vibe - service is very friendly and tries hard to please, so can't fault them. DO go for a drink!

Do NOT eat - we went for lunch, totally empty, should have been a sign. My salad looked like it had been put together by a 6 year old for a "fun time in the kitchen" project. The rest was equally bad. Inedible calamari, 10 pieces for 60 AED. The chicken sandwich was sized as if food was being rationed out in hard times. It should have been at least double the size to even be presentable. I don't know if they have a chef at all?! Very embarrassing for a...

Cool open air lounge and shisha bar. Nice music. Live DJ Tuesdays through Friday. Great place to chill in the evening. Very popular on weekends. Part of the Sheraton Hotel. Very good and attentive service.

Excellent shisha service at a reasonable price (especially compared to other Hotels).

Update Dec 17: Not so busy in December but same good service, very attentive, very friendly. Heated patio in the „cold“ period. Should you be staying at the Sofitel across the street (5 minute walk), you should really try this lounge!
