“Bait and Switch” Came in the morning to check the place out for a special occasion. It had high stars , the menu looked good. We told the server that we were coming for a special occasion and he showed us the table we could sit at. I was excited over the dessert menu and told the server I was looking forward to the sticky toffee pudding. We arrived and placed our order. They were out of a LOT of items. The first meal I ordered was out of stock, they suggested a replacement which I agreed to, they came back saying that item was out of stock. The 3rd item i tried ordering (which I didn’t really want) was in stock. When it came time to order desert, we were told that all items were out of stock except ice cream. Management is failing at having meetings with their staff and communicating what is and isn’t in stock. All servers should be well versed in the menu. If they are cutting back on menu items, then different menus need to be printed off. This was an evening that should have been a happy one for me, instead I found it disappointing. I was also embarrassed as I was the one to talk it up and convince my friends...

Honestly, it was not great! We were a group of people and wanted to celebrate a special occasion. Firstly, it was very awkward entering the restaurant and 15 waiters are looking at you like you are the prey...kills the vibe immediately. The drinks were nice and the 5 waiters that helped us made sure we were not with empty glasses but still so many waiters. But then, when we ordered our food, 80% of the things were not available! Don't put it on the menu then...and we were the only people in the place at first. Finally our 4th choice of food came and it was not good. Steak was well done after asking for rare. Burger was dry, calamari was okay, and the Alfredo was too salty. Our bellies were not yet satisfied so we asked for the dessert menu and omg another disappointment, just vanilla ice-cream was available. Nothing else on the menu. The best part was that we visited this place that morning to make sure we would like it and the lady heard us talking about the desserts and all the other things that was not available. This experience did not meet the expectations set by the media advertisements. The limited food variety and lack of quality did not justify the 95 AED price. Serving salads in aluminum plates was underwhelming, with the grill being the only satisfactory offering, while the desserts were below standard. Additionally, the uneven floor where tables and chairs were arranged caused discomfort, and the cutlery provided was limited to just a fork and knife.
