Les Etoiles Night Club اتوال كلوب — Restaurant in Abu Dhabi

I attended the 10th Annual White Party last night where I had purchased a 10,000 AED VVIP Section for me & 19 friends. To my dismay, the Section was dirty/dusty with many HSE violations. The worst part was when I cut my hand on that balcony railing and when I asked for their First Aid Kit they looked at me like I was crazy. I was bleeding badly & it took them almost 30 minutes to get me some bandages & cleansing wipes. I'm on a blood thinner medication, so my need for the First Aid Kit was crucial to help me stop the bleeding, but they acted like I was being dramatic & they weren't taking me seriously at all. I refused to let this ruin my night, but I had to keep reapplying bandages all night. I'm still bleeding this morning. I requested to speak to the manager many times, but he/she never came. The staff finally came to clean the dirt/dust & blood from the railing and also remove a sharp metal strip that was sticking out of the bottom of 1 of the sofas in our section that could have sliced someone's leg. It was just an awful experience & I hope no one else has to experience something like this there in the future. All of this could have been avoided if the management cared about the safety of their patrons & the cleanliness of their establishment. First the mana is rude!

Unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected—mainly due to the unprofessional attitude of the staff.

From the moment I arrived, the door staff were friendly until I paid the bill.. There was no clear communication about pricing or policies, and when I asked simple questions, I was met with cold or dismissive responses. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt like a burden.

Inside, the service didn’t improve. The waitstaff seemed disinterested and inattentive, and it took a long time to even get someone’s attention for basic drink orders. At one point, I noticed staff members paying more attention to their other clients than to guests who were clearly waiting.

For a venue that presents itself as upscale and exclusive, the lack of professionalism and hospitality from the staff really undermined the experience. With so many better-managed venues in Abu Dhabi, I don’t think I’ll be returning...

My experience at Les Etoiles was very disappointing. I was quoted one price when booking, but upon arrival, the price was significantly different, which felt misleading. It’s surprising that in 2024, places like this still exist. The reception was poor, and the staff at the door were unprofessional. The atmosphere inside was so unpleasant that we couldn’t stay for more than five minutes. Also, don’t trust the photos and videos on their page, as the place was almost empty even on the weekend.
