Worst experience of my life — avoid at all costs. I can’t even begin to describe the disappointment. I went there on my birthday, full of excitement, ready to sing my heart out at karaoke night. All I wanted was one simple thing: to feel alive, to celebrate with music. I wrote my song down, followed the rules, and was told songs would be played in order.

But then —my friend, who arrived an hour later, wrote her song down and somehow had hers played before mine. When I politely approached the woman in charge of the songs to ask why, she snapped at me with shocking disrespect: “Go wait there, sister, I am doing my job. You are not allowed to talk to me.” I was stunned. I remained respectful, explained I meant no offense — and instead of professionalism, she shouted at me.

The entire mood was shattered. This woman’s unprofessional behavior and outright hostility ruined not only my birthday but the entire night for everyone around us.

I came here with my friends to enjoy some karaoke. Unfortunately we didn’t. The karaoke is YouTube based (which I don’t mind) with ads (which also I don’t mind). We had to wait multiple times to restart the system. Songs requested and versions that are on YouTube eventually were ignored and the DJ wasn’t considerate of our requests and his mannerism wasn’t pleasing when requesting the original request. In other words, he was rude. And as a tourist I wish not to deal with that attitude. Performers came and gave a performance which was nice but too long and started speaking in philippino language which is considered unethical for people who don’t speak the language. They ignored us and focused on the Philippino table, spoke a language we don’t understand. We were super uncomfortable to a point we had to leave. Not to mention the menu that is a bit weird and unrealistic. A soda costs 40dhs, a juice 50dhs but a beer is 25dhs ? Not...

Singaling is one of the most amazing karaoke bars I have visited in the whole of UAE. To begin with the staff are incredible friendly and professional. Kudos to Maria, laki, Kiran and maya who have great attention to detail, anticipate guest needs and provide remarkable service. The owners Aaron and Joseph do a fantastic job in spreading awareness, ensuring repeat clientele and securing top sponsors like Jameson to be part of the singaling adventure. The music played by DJ knob is second to none and he is able to read the crowd very well and play the right song at the right time.
