If you're craving authentic Syrian cuisine, look no further than Al Mashawi Al Halabya in Al Barsha. This hidden gem transports you to the heart of Aleppo with its vibrant atmosphere, warm hospitality, and, of course, mouthwatering dishes. A Feast for the Senses: From the moment you step inside, the aroma of spices and grilling meats fills the air, setting your taste buds alight. The restaurant boasts a beautiful interior, adorned with traditional décor that reflects the rich heritage of Aleppo. The staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring your dining experience is nothing short of delightful. Flavors that Explode in Your Mouth: The menu is a celebration of Syrian culinary traditions, featuring an array of grilled meats, savory stews, fresh salads, and delectable desserts. I highly recommend the lamb kofta, which was perfectly seasoned and cooked to succulent perfection. The hummus, a staple of Syrian cuisine, was creamy and flavorful, with a hint of tahini that tantalized the palate. And if you have a sweet tooth like me, don't miss the knafeh, a decadent pastry made with shredded filo pastry, cheese, and a sweet syrup. The restaurant regularly hosts live music performances, creating a vibrant and festive atmosphere. It's the perfect place to gather with friends and family for a memorable evening filled with laughter, good food, and cultural immersion. A Must-Try for Foodies: If you're seeking an authentic taste of Syria, Al Mashawi Al Halabya is a must-try. The restaurant offers incredible value for money, with generous portions and reasonable prices. I can confidently say it was one of the best dining experiences I've had in Dubai, and I will definitely be returning soon. Here are some additional highlights: Friendly and attentive staff: The staff go above and beyond to ensure you have a positive experience. Spacious and comfortable seating: The restaurant caters to both small and large groups. Clean and well-maintained facilities: The hygiene standards are impeccable. Ample parking: You won't have to worry about finding parking. Take-away and delivery options: Enjoy the restaurant's delicious food from the comfort of your own home. The #1 location out of all 3 locations in Dubai! 10+ stars for a hidden gem in Barsha, a beautiful beautiful beautiful restaurant in every aspect. Service by Waiter Mohamed (Egyptian) was excellent & added to make the dining out experience delightful & enjoyable great fun with homemade food/dessert & the magical cinnamon tea is simply WOW, a must try! Mohamed is the true star of this location, he goes beyond exceeding expectations and remembers the fine details of repeat guests' preferences! He is on the speed ladder of success for he has outstanding genuine caring aptitude coupled with passion in his work & exemplary customer service! Mohamed is always a step ahead, anticipating correctly. He is super courteous to his colleagues assisting him. (Fine Dining at its best at “Burj Mo” without breaking the bank account & leaving joyed & happy by the overall always memorable dining experience, all thanks to Mohamed)!

I am absolutely shocked by the quality of the food and services. I had such a great experience in Sharjah with Zarzoor Iraqi Restaurant, and they referred me to Al Halabya in Barsha. When I called them, they assured me they were the same restaurant with the same quality. However, the quality of the Iraqi Kebab from Zarzoor (Sharjah) is millions of miles better than Mashawi Al Halabiah in Al Barsha. Here cost me a lot more for much much much lower the quality of food and services. Firstly it took more than an hour to deliver, and when it arrived food was cold. The kebabs were not even edible; I put most of them in the bin. They were dry, overcooked, bad-tasting, full of small hard bits in the meat, seems they minced bones and cartilages. The bread was not freshly baked but shop-bought in a pack, and the hummus and Motabal had a sour, old and off taste. Unfortunately, I ordered 1KG of Iraqi kebabs because I thought it would be the same high quality, good taste, and good service as Zarzoor, but it was awful. With 1KG of kebabs, They sent me only two half pieces of tomato, which were dry and not ripe, and two half onion kebabs, no soup, no chili pepper. They cut large green peppers and barbecued them with all the seeds. They sent French fries that were inedible, with a heavy smell of burnt oil, it was only suitable for causing cancer...The meat was also smelly, and only God knows which part of the lamb these kebabs were made from. It was awful, awful. awful. I had many bad food in Dubai but this one was worse than anything I have ever had... VERY DISAPPOINTED...I wasted my time and money. The day after, I had diarrhea even though I ate only one piece of the kebab. I am really shocked by reading good reviews. Go and try Zarzoor in Sharjah, and you will see the difference.

I really want to let the owner of this restaurant and the the management of this restaurant know what is happening in their restaurant and how the staff are careless in regard of their customers. Yesterday night we went for dinner , we order the main course where we ask from waitresses about the food and specialities in the restaurant since it was 1st time for us , we asked to help what we can order and he advised us their food , no doubt the taste of food was good but the way they the brought the food was confusing as we were in restaurant and they presented as we are sitting in some small caffe with ketchup sashes on the top of our order , we order 3 main course and as it was too much one of dish we left which had many things (Salad, Fired etc )and of course we want to take it with us , we requested one of the waiter to pack it so we can take with us , when we open the food they didn’t put in the box full food and they just kept what I’m going to show on photos , really very disappointed by low quality of service . I SUGGEST TO IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE AND HOSPITALITY !!!

We were received at the door by a receptiobist. Nice. I told her the glass door at the entrance needed cleaning. It is very demoralizing to eat in a place with stinky doors. I had to tell her again on the way out. All waiters wear masks. Except that they don't. I don't mind either way, I don't expect to see masks around in 2024 but the hypocrisy is what I find disturbing. They all have it but they all have lowered down covering the ... neck. WHY?!. As I was sitting in the restaurant, I was facing 3 large TVs running advertising... I was informed about their internal jobs and that I could apply, I am a vegetarian and for 2 hours I've been looking at images of people squeezing minced meet. Those TVs are really big, you can't not see them. Overall, great food with very strange and mediocre experience which could be improved dramatically with minimum effort. Sweets and icecreams are amazing.

For the longest time, we are searching for a great Arabic Restaurant to try and maaaaan, this place is if not the best one of the best in the city. We visited Friday night and the place is packed, a great sign that they offer good food! The service is great, because they have a lot of staff. The price is reasonable and the serving is huuuuuugeee! Like each other is good for two serving already. Fares is the one who assisted us and he's helpful and kind. Oh by the way, don't forget to try their Ice cream. It's cheap! 6aed for a scoop, but don't get blinded by it, because it's cheap. The quality is great!
