Zahr Al Karz — Restaurant in Dubai

I would like to complaint regarding a serious hygiene issue I experienced today with food I ordered from a restaurant.

Unfortunately, the quality of the food was far below acceptable standards. I discovered a small feather still attached to the chicken skin, clearly indicating poor cleaning and preparation practices. Additionally, the chicken had a strong, unpleasant odor, suggesting it was not fresh and possibly unsafe for consumption.

Shortly after eating, I felt extremely nauseous and nearly vomited. The quality of the food was extremely poor — in fact, there was no quality at all. This experience has raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and food safety standards of this restaurant.

I kindly urge the municipality to take immediate action by inspecting the establishment and, if violations are confirmed, to impose the appropriate fines or penalties. It is crucial that the health and safety of customers...

Very rarely does it happen that I have not even one suggestion to improve a restaurant, but this place has got everything bang on.

My mouth waters when I even think about their food! We had the hummus, Arabic chicken shwarma plate, meat sambousek and the Ghazal al banat with ice cream. They serve fresh bread at every table which is free of cost. Everything was finger licking good but the dessert was to die for! We didn't leave one crumb on the plate ( as you can see ) it was that good! Seating is available inside the restaurant and outside by the street. Interiors were quite nice as well. The fragrance used inside the restaurant was very pleasant and the washroom was perfectly spotless.

Service by Mohammad was beyond excellent. He suggested the right dishes & guided us with the portion sizes as well. All of it with a huge smile on his face. Highly recommend going here at least once when...

Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic Lebanese establishment, and I'm delighted to report that it well surpassed my expectations. There was a huge selection of savory items to chose from, and the food was very great. Everything was expertly prepared, with high-quality, fresh ingredients.

The level of service was likewise excellent. Throughout the course of our meal, our waitress, who was kind and attentive, made sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant's ambiance was excellent, with a warm and friendly air that immediately put us at ease.
