Intizar Leziz Restaurant 天山美食 — Restaurant in Dubai

I’ve been coming to this place for over 10 years now and Saeed was the most welcoming and friendly person in there and the experience never disappoints. The hand-pulled noodles are honestly the best I’ve had anywhere in the UAE, super fresh, chewy, and packed with flavor. You can really taste the difference. I loved the samsa as well.

The meat skewers are another favorite, tender, juicy, and perfectly spiced. And don’t sleep on the salad, it might sound simple, but it’s incredibly tasty and super refreshing.

They also have a great selection of Georgian drinks that you don’t really find elsewhere, unique and really fun to try.

I actually live in Abu Dhabi, but I’ll happily make the trip to Dubai just to eat here. That’s how much I love it. Their new branch is amazing too, bigger, nicer space but with the same great food and service.

If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re seriously missing out....

I am writing to express my disappointment with the unacceptable service I experienced at Intizar Leziz Al Barsha on [01/02/2025] at 19:30. My visit was highly unsatisfactory due to the extreme delay in food service and the complete lack of attention from your staff.

After placing my order, I had to wait 40 minutes for my food to arrive, which is far beyond a reasonable waiting time. Despite multiple attempts to get assistance from your staff, they were either unresponsive or inattentive, showing a complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction. There was no communication or apology for the delay, making the experience even more frustrating.

I chose Intizar leziz Al Barsha expecting quality service, but unfortunately, it failed to meet even basic standards. Such poor service is unacceptable, and I believe this issue needs to be addressed to prevent future...

I’ve been to this place multiple times before, but today’s visit was the last straw — I’ve completely lost trust in this establishment.

I was served food that was clearly not fresh. I immediately spoke to the waiter, who was of no help. I asked to speak with the manager and had to wait quite a while, even though I had already paid the bill. When the manager finally arrived, I asked him to taste the dish himself. He did — and casually said, “It tastes fine to me.”

This is completely unacceptable. No apology, no attempt to resolve the issue. Just total indifference.

If management thinks this is “fine,” even when serving poor-quality food, it’s clear they have zero regard for their customers.

I will not be returning — and I strongly advise others to stay...
