First timer who came and dine in the restaurant, a group of three person. we were placed in the lower part of the stairs, we told the waiter it’s hot there and there were some other vacant space for us to be seated however he told that it will cool after sometime. While eating we were looking at the waiters getting a chance to call their attention that our place is getting hotter, on my dismay another group of three came and was approached lively by the staff and was asked to be seated in the middle table (note: one of three guest is wearing sleeveless dress). Uncomfortably eating and sweating in the corner I finished my food and stood up and took some juice, on that same side the temperature is way better than sitting under the stairs (maybe in cold weather it’s fine but there at the moment it’s not) there the cashier ask me how am I, blankly told her to do something over our area coz we’re uncomfortably eating and sweating and still no one have tried to approach us. After few minutes we were transferred in the middle table. And last note, one of the waiters are treating the other group and serving them. I’m a woman myself and I didn’t find the satisfaction in eating in this place and how those waiters have served the customers and us. Certainly a need to improve in their side. Very unhygienic place. We used to come here before, i think the management changed very bad experience never come here again. Unprofessional people especially the one in the counter wearing abaya she doesn't know how to speak on us. First the clams has smell and not eatable at all we ignored it and let it go but another thing happens and this time its unacceptable at all, a Hairs on the beef 🤮🤮 my husband cannot tolerate it at all almost vomit the food. We leave immidiately and ddnt finished the food. We intend to call municipality bcoz of this but bcoz we loved this restaurant and the old staff as well we just ignored it and never ever come back again. Refer to the photo how dirty the food it is.
