Hi... Today I have recieved a very bad experience at KFC al Rigga

That my family and friends were having food at the KFC DINING, the cleaning staff (Moxin) came and behaved very rudely telling its time to close and then he turned off the lights.. (name provided by the person in charge, shows no ID proof for the name)

We made the bill at 12:19am today 17/06/2021 and we opted dining from the same store, we recived the food at 12:30 they turned out the lights at 12:45am while we were still at the table having food.!!!

And even the staff was raising his voice against us when we informed that we were not yet finished the food!!!

Informd the person in charge, (Mahmoud Nabil) he said he will take action..

The manager was not available, he was on OFF As per the information from the staff

Serving food for dining and gives no time to eat doesn't makes sense orelse the counter should be closed before a minimum time to close.

I have forwarded the complainant as per the procedure in the store, Still am Posting this for us to rise this issue to the higher authority or management of KFC so that no one else may not have such an experience anymore!!
