This was horrible experience! Am so sorry to say this It's sad that I need to say this because I convinced my husband that it would be good to try eating Brunch here. The brunch actually starts at 12 our booking at 12.30 but we changed to 13.30 due to the Friday prayer. When we arrived we were welcomed in a nice way by the manager and an Arabic speaking girl. After that, the service was slow despite few customers. No one asked what we wanted to drink or introduced the buffet. The buffet was half empty those there were salad, soup and chicken biryani. We are not picky but people started asking where is the buffet it is empty, manager replied it will you can start with soup. Just that we started with the salad and birjani so we felt a little full. 13.50 and the buffet is still not ready a little more stuff has arrived. They added a little barbecue to the buffet every now and then first Tikka which did not taste as much as I would have liked and had been grilled a little in a panic but oh ok it was possible to eat. Then came the caftan which was almost completely raw on the inside and when my husband opens it he also finds a hair in the meat .... Shows the manager who takes it to the kitchen and apologizes and offers to make a new one but we had enough, none of us had food appetite left. Instead I asked for a coffee latte which after 10min turned out not to be available he said only americano or black coffee so I asked for americano with milk on the side which also after 10 minutes the waiter came and said there is no americano... End I got black coffee which honestly tasted good thank goodness. The desserts many tasted good and the jellycubs were appreciated by the son. Unfortunately, this felt like a waste of time and money and I could have ordered a chicken biryani somewhere so I would have had a better experience. I think the manager needs to change his employees as many of them did other things than help the customers and it was just a guy who ran around between the tables. I hope that this can be improved as the restutang is nice from the inside and is in...

Read moreExtremely Disappointed with Poor Service and Attitude of Staff
I visited your restaurant with my family, arriving at 7:15 PM, just before your buffet dinner officially starts at 7 PM. Upon checking the buffet, I was shocked to find that the BBQ was cold, dry, and completely unappetizing. When I approached the manager to request hot and fresh BBQ, his response was nothing short of outrageous—he bluntly told me, “If you want it hot, order from the menu separately.” Is this how you treat paying customers? Such a pathetic and unprofessional attitude from your staff is unacceptable!
I told the manager that I came specifically for the buffet and would not be ordering separately. Instead of resolving the issue, he doubled down on his dismissive behavior, saying, “If you later tell me something else is cold, I cannot serve you everything hot. You can go somewhere else.” What kind of attitude is this? Is this how your staff ensures customer satisfaction? Clearly, retaining loyal customers is not a priority for your management.
We were prepared to spend 300-350 dirhams for what we expected to be a quality buffet experience, but the service and attitude of your staff made it feel like a complete waste of money. If the owner is reading this, I urge you to take immediate action against your management team. Such disgraceful behavior will only drive customers away from your restaurant.
Highly disappointed and will never recommend your restaurant to anyone unless you fix your staff’s attitude and your...
