I recently had an incredible experience at the Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah. The Executive Chef, Kasdi, was incredibly helpful in planning my birthday celebration. He introduced me to members of his team who helped make the event a success. GM Youssif provided a private tour of all the restaurants to ensure we could plan appropriately for our 50 guests. Youssif listened carefully to my ideas and helped execute them to perfection.

After considering various options, we decided on Barfly. GM Lidiya was there every step of the way to help with floral arrangements and other details. Chef Tanu at Barfly prepared the most amazing appetizers, entrees, and desserts. He was also very considerate of guests with specific dietary needs or allergies, personally inquiring about their preferences and making sure they were well-fed.

Just before the event, Chef Kasdi introduced me to Executive Pastry Chef Praveen. In an incredibly short amount of time, he produced an absolutely stunning cake. It was a layered carrot cake, his specialty, with edible chocolate balls and macaroons on top, as well as a cascading candied shell. Not only that, but he also garnished it to fit the tropical theme with a mystery box containing a unique Cuban Rum mixed drink! I had an amazing and unforgettable experience thanks to Barfly. I wanted to mention that the cake was so delicious that I ended up freezing the leftovers. After two months, I thawed it out and it still tasted like it had just been baked. It was so good!

Overall, my guests were thrilled with the customer service, food, and entertainment. I am forever grateful to the Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah team for making my birthday celebration such a memorable experience. Recently, four of my guests reminded me that the party at Barfly was the best event they had attended in the 15 years they have lived in Dubai.
