SANCHARI SARKAR lady who took our order,she offered us Sea salt ice cream to taste i told ok so i told her to give price mention in display for 15 dhs that but on her own she served for value scoop for 18 aed Then i told her to give mint chocolate chip ice-cream she told its come in two sizes 12 dhs n 16 dhs but i told her on price board mention is 10 dhs & 13 dhs then she told that after adding toppings the price will be 12 & 16,but this is misleading the customers She is very much into misleading the customers,pls fire her Otherwise your sales will be down in oud metha road or wherever she goes becz once u feel cheated u wan't visit again... We were so disappointed with the service. We simply asked the lady named 'Sanggab' what’s difference between the two flavors—Jamin & Jamoca and Jamoca & Fudge—and all she kept saying was, “same, same, 100%.” How could that be?

Only after we kept asking more questions did she finally mention that one of them actually has tiramisu ice cream. Really? That’s a huge detail to leave out.

Had the worst ever experience with baskin robbins. Something I’ve been having on a regular basis for the past 30 years. This branch the waffle cone was disgusting. I’m guessing the iron it was made in was using done stinky cloth to wipe. Coz that smell was what I was biting on to. Like some chemical was mixed in it.
