Hello ,as I have been a regular customer since two years joining you always for lunch or dinner and sometime breakfast, and inviting my frineds to your Cafe to have full meals ,I was very surprised about what happend to me ast timr i visited from the miss behave from your new Egyptian staff and their behavior and the disrespect I was extremely shocked , as I was in my way to the airport I passed at your place to grab some juice after I had dinner ,and I have requested the Egyptian staff to choose for me to sit on a table outdoor where there's no AC facing me and all the tables around me was free ,so I decided to sit alone and away from the noise to drink my juice and to make my phone call ,then all of the sudden the staff he brought the two Egyptian ladies to sit right next to my table while the area at the same time was almost more than 10 tables are free around mine ,and no one was sitting there except me and he turned the Ac toward my face when i was sick ,then the girls they came and he offered them to six right next to me and opened the AC directly ro my face ,and when I asked him why have you done this ?? when I already told you from the first place that i wanted to sit away from the Ac ,,, he replied sorry go and go to another table ((( Rudley ))) ,I was very shocked from.this disrespect for the guests ,to be honest i never experienced this from the previous staff before ,and then I was done from my juice then i decied to leave and i required my bill to pay and I paid ,I came back from the toilet and I took my valet card with the receipt for my car parking that should be stamped as usual, and I walked away towards the valet parking and I handed them the valet with the bell and ofcourse they took ot as usually and the valet guy walked with my car keys to bring my car ,and all of the sudden the same Egyptian staff ran after after me asking me to pay more money until it reach 100 dirhams amd he took and he stopped the valet guy from going to to bring my car and he took the keys in his hand I asked him that no one told me before that I should be paying upto 100 to get my car back, as am frequently there in this cafe I used it as my second house and I always have my meals there ,then he brought another Egyptian staff ,I told the staff that I haven't seen hom before kn this cafe ,and i always come every week two to three times since two years ,then I requested my car ti bring it and he refused and I told him am going to report you to the police for the disrespect as it's not allowed here in Dubai to disrespect ppl like this and am going to report you and he refused to give me my car keys ,and then the body guard also Egyptian he came and he said to them please give her her car keys let her go,and he said ur not allowed to enter the cafe again !!!!
And by the way am the same person that have given you 5 star review on your review under the name if Mona Ibrahim yousef

Read moreI went there to dine yesterday with a friend, when we went inside the waiter we met told us the min. Spend is 99 aed, and then another waiter said 199, the last one said 149. The money part wasn’t the problem. When we sat inside the waiter started asking us what time we are leaving knowing very well we sat just 3 minutes before they attended to us. They made us feel like they are so eager for us to leave so that the table can be given to another person, I like this place because we’ve been there before with a couple friends and the service was good, and this made me to wonder if the service quality is based on race. Given that we are black and that the first time we were served by black waiters and the service was quality unlike yesterday. They kept pressuring us to order food even after ordering 2 cocktails and one shisha which was half of the “Minimum spend” they were talking about. I understand it’s because of the soccer tournament on going, but either way a customer is a customer. We were still intending to stay there and have some chat and some food time for a little while before leaving (And of course we were gonna keep buying), But the waiter brought the bill out of nowhere and we didn’t even ask for it. The food was okay but the service, I’ll give it -1/10. And the audacity he had to tell us that after match, we will have to make another minimum spend of 199 each when the next match starts. The waiter’s name is Omar. Either way I’ll still come back since I love this place. But orient your stuff to respect...
Read moreHands down ! This restaurant impressed me. Let’s break it down. Arriving to the place you are offered a complimentary parking which is perfect given the area. Place is big with plenty of space and tables. The agent I talked to before visiting was not trying to spice it up at all and she mentioned they are plenty of space and I truly saw they started to get busy. Next, atmosphere very cool and fun, I noticed a lot of North African / French in the place . As of the food I did not try much as I was solo but the sandwich I was served was great . Most important , service done the best it could be ever done , my waiter was “Fathi” he was great and was able to help me with food and desert and drinks selection while he kept a beautiful smile at all time . Shisha was also perfect and my shisha went for hours as I watched too football. While they get very busy but they never give you an impression that you have to leave . Unfortunately certain restaurants in Dubai push you to leave when you finished your food . The restaurant itself , decor and the furniture were also perfect . Huge thumbs up for everything and they deserve a fat 5 star . And no I did not get paid for this , I did not get even a dirham discount , you can click and see my profile as a level 7 reviewer and No they are not buying reviews either . All the best and see you...
