Went to try the Instagram hype Tihari plate. As said in Instagram the plate was 79 but actually it was for 99 / 109 / 119 depends on what size you order. That was alright agreed on ordering 99 as we were 3 adults with 2 kids and alon with that ordered sizzling lamp chops. Both dishes came Tihari was good but was not served with paya nor the waiter or chef we are not sure who they were recommended. Then came our lamp chops which was really not at all great so chewy and not cooked even the chops had no mutton. we complaibed and they took it back and served again after food was done. we said never mind lets try it and we will take parcel but seems they added more sauce to it. The waiter guy seems to be from africa when complaint again he literally got us knief and told to cut and eat. we laughed and requested to speak to chef. We complained and he agreed that it was Australian lamb and said sorry and agreed to replace the dish. Small request to keep staff who knows about the dish and contains and can explaing whats been served. They both had no knowledge. Not going back again . Don't beleive was socila media...

I am speechless with what I have experienced. We went for my daughter's birthday today and after having dinner we cut her cake. We were too full to eat the cake so after having two small piece we asked the staff to pack the rest upon which he said that they have thrown the box then he returned in a while and informed that they have the box. They packed dit and we came home for the after party. To my surprise when we opened the box and what we see is that only a fraction of the cake is left (Pic attached). Moreover the remaining food that we asked them to pack along was also not there. WOW! it has never happened in this span of time that we have been in UAE. Even if we forget anything the staff would call us back or run after to hand over the parcel. If people have come to celebrate at your place and are busy with their celebration and have the trust that you will do your job properly, that trust should be kept. I simply have no words for such an act. You guys left us speechless. I even have doubts know that the box you packed it back in was pulled out of the trash. So so so...

Good Indian Cuisine with Room for Improvement for Authenticity

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐

My recent visit to Imperial Spices in Dubai was a pleasant experience overall. The food was good, with the Tahiri platter being a standout dish. However, as someone familiar with the authentic flavours of Gulbarga, I must say that the Tahiri lacked the true essence of Gulbarga(Karnataka) cuisine. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of authenticity and incorporating the distinctive flavours of the region.

On the brighter side, the Paya soup was delicious and showcased a promising aspect of the menu. Similarly, all the other dishes we tried were good and satisfying. The service was friendly, and the staff made sure we felt welcome throughout our visit.

In terms of convenience, parking was easily available, and we didn't have to wait for a table, which added to the positive experience.

Overall, while there is potential for improvement in terms of authenticity, Imperial Spices offers a good selection of Indian cuisine with friendly service in a convenient...
