On service: Though some staff were attentive, I was disheartened by the dismissive response to my feedback on an overcooked dish. From the moment you step in, the ambiance sets the tone: refined yet unpretentious, elegant without being overdone. But it’s the food that truly steals the show.
I started with the salmon tartare, a dish so exquisitely balanced it deserves its own standing ovation, delicate yet full of character. The asparagus, simply put, was perfection: fresh, tender, and subtly enhanced by masterful seasoning.
Then came the bavette steak, cooked to absolute perfection. Melt-in-your-mouth tender, with layers of flavor and a gentle kiss of thyme that elevated every bite.
