I would like to express my disappointment regarding an extremely unpleasant experience I had at your Bluewaters, Sheikh Zayed Road branch.
During my visit, I encountered unacceptable behavior from both a server named SARAH and the assistant manager, UDARA. They both showed no sense of customer service. I was shocked when they refused to accept an old 10 AED note, which I had received as change from the nearby metro. When I questioned this, instead of offering a clear explanation or assistance, they responded unprofessionally.
After I asked for their names, the assistant manager, Udara, suddenly decided to accept the money and casually said, “What to do?” loud enough for other staff and customers to hear. I felt embarrassed and frustrated. I then asked for my money back, as I no longer felt comfortable with the service, but he refused—twice. I could have paid by card, but their attitude and the way they handled the situation were completely unacceptable.
This entire experience felt both discriminatory and disrespectful. I am a regular customer, but after this incident, I will not be returning to this branch. I will also advise my friends and family to avoid it due to the poor treatment I received.
