I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to the amazing team at the bar in Movenpick Hotel Oud Metha. Over time, this place has become more than just a spot to unwind — it feels like home, thanks to the warmth and genuine care of the incredible staff.

A special mention goes to Jawed, the manager, whose kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness go far beyond expectations. His presence is the soul of the place. I genuinely consider him like family — always welcoming, respectful, and deeply committed to making every guest feel at ease.

I’d also like to thank Sevara, the talented bartender, for her consistent friendliness and skill. Her warm smile and positive energy truly uplift the entire experience.

We placed the order for Amstel Pint, and later my friend suggested changing to Strongbow Pint, the Lady manager Janalyn on the floor said that you cannot able to have it as we have posted on the micros and we cannot able to void it, so you need to consume Amstel, or alternative I will give Strongbow now and later you need to consume Amstel. Well, it's really bad service for an empty bar. They are losing patrons due to this kind of behavior. There is no customer attraction and honestly, we were not happy at all. Lady Manager Janalyn on the floor seems rude and not at all friendly with the customers. Honestly, they should look into the evening service. We were not happy with the way they are answering the paid customers. Kindly do CAPA for it. They don't have the coasters as they are serving Amstel, Budweiser, and Heineken on the Heineken coasters. They should improve the service to bring the footfall. Manager Janalyn seems very rude and honestly, she forces us to have that additional pint because staff have posted on the till and she cannot able to void it. That's a poor...
