We had an exceptional dining experience at The Butcher and Grill in Mall of the Emirates. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and guided by Vammi, our waitress, who truly made our visit memorable. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and friendly demeanor stood out—she patiently explained the menu, made thoughtful recommendations, and ensured we were well taken care of throughout our meal.

The food exceeded expectations. Every cut of meat was cooked perfectly—tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The steak, in particular, was a standout—seasoned just right and served exactly as requested. The side dishes and sauces complemented the main dishes beautifully, and the overall presentation reflected high quality.

The ambiance was inviting and upscale without being overly formal, making it ideal for both casual meals and special occasions. The open kitchen concept also added a nice touch, allowing diners to see the care put into each order.

The star of the show, of course, was the steak – tender, flavorful, and cooked to absolute perfection. Every bite reflected the care and quality this restaurant is known for. The sides and sauces paired beautifully, and the portions were generous without being overwhelming. The menu offered an excellent variety, catering to both classic meat lovers and those looking for something a bit more refined.

Service with Sheila was 10/10. She was consistent, timely, sweet and friendly. She set the table nicely, poured our lemonade, held a convo with us.

But I have a bone to pick with the Butcher Shop management… maybe 8 years caused this idk. You guys used to have an amazing creamy tomato seafood soup that would heal the soul. It is no longer on your menu. You now have a mushroom soup. This devastated us. No lie. Like after 8 years we’re here on vacation and we really wanted to have this soup again coz it was that memorable. And you guys used to do a trio or so of spreadables for the bread that used to be sooo good. My sister was about to cry because of that creamy tomato seafood soup not being there.

Those were amazing and idk if anyone suggested this but BRING EM BACK.

For fairness: we ordered a brai of 3 things… a rib, half chicken, and I think pulled beef, a plate of stew, exotic salad, and two sirloin steaks. ALL WERE AMAZING, OUR COMPLIMENTS...
