I was waiting in line with someone in front of me ordering their food. Despite another counter being open with three staff members present, it took a while before anyone noticed me. Finally, someone took my order. I asked for 2 pieces of chicken with fries. When she asked about drinks, I requested Sprite, but she asked again if I wanted Fanta, and I clarified that I wanted Sprite.

When I went to collect my order, I received chicken with rice instead of fries. I informed the staff, expecting them to just swap the rice for fries, but instead, they called the person who took my order and insisted that I had asked for rice. I explained again that I had ordered fries, but they continued to insist that I had ordered rice. It seems that they don't want to replace it, so to end the conversation, I had to order and pay for the same thing.

Please, next time, listen properly, and if you are not sure, you can always repeat the order. The restaurant is not busy...
