I recently had the pleasure of dining at Gazebo Indian Restaurant, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting ambiance set the tone for what turned out to be a culinary journey through the rich flavors of India.
The menu is a delightful array of traditional and contemporary Indian dishes, each prepared with meticulous attention to detail. The flavors were authentic, and the presentation was impeccable. I particularly enjoyed the Butter Chicken and the Lamb Rogan Josh, both of which were bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The naan bread was soft and fresh, complementing the dishes beautifully.
However, what truly made my dining experience exceptional was the outstanding service provided by Abdul Kadir. Abdul went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my meal was perfect. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and he offered excellent recommendations that suited my taste preferences. His attentiveness and genuine warmth added a personal touch that made me feel truly valued as a guest. Abdul's dedication to providing top-notch service is a testament to his professionalism and passion for hospitality.
Overall, Gazebo Indian Restaurant is a gem that offers not only delicious food but also an exceptional dining experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy authentic Indian cuisine in a welcoming atmosphere. And if you're lucky enough to be served by Abdul Kadir, you're in for a treat!
Thank you, Gazebo, and especially Abdul, for a memorable evening. I will definitely be...
Read moreI recently visited Gazebo restaurant in Mall of the Emirates, Al Barsha with my parents, who had traveled from India. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my concerns regarding the lack of customer value and hospitality we encountered.
From the moment we arrived, it was evident that the staff at Gazebo were not interested in providing quality service. Despite our efforts to get their attention, they seemed disinterested in taking our order promptly. Meanwhile, the table next to us, occupied by people from a different nationality, received noticeably better treatment and hospitality.
It was disheartening to feel discriminated against because of our Indian background and attire. It should not matter where we come from or what we choose to wear; every customer deserves to be treated equally and with respect. Sadly, this was not the case at Gazebo.
The differential treatment we received made us feel insulted and undervalued. As a result, I cannot recommend Gazebo restaurant for dining in, as their hospitality appears to be biased and discriminatory. It is essential for any establishment to prioritize the comfort and satisfaction of all customers, regardless of their nationality or attire.
While it is important to voice my disappointment here, I also plan to reach out to the restaurant management directly to express...
Read moreIve been a fan of Gazebo Restaurant long before starting to post reviews. But this visit to the branch at MOE was a disappointment to put it mildly.
Service - below average. Can improve on greeting, repeating the order, checking if the food’s good etc Time from order to service is good.
Food Quality and quantity-
Mutton paya soup - Disaster! With a few pieces of floating cartilages the soup was bland. Thickened with loads of corn flour I assume. Will avoid it at all cost in future.
Rocket salad- Returned a dish after a long time. Initially was missing three ingredients per menu. The manager wasn’t too bothered when this was highlighted and the salad was redone but much smaller and the dressing was way off than the first.
Masala papad- Photo says a lot. Probably I made the mistake in ordering
Hyderabadi chicken biriyani - A classic! The aroma texture and taste compliments each other well. Ample for one person even with a big appetite.
Besides the biriyani not too happy with this bossy. Will I visit again, yes! I doubt they get it wrong often and besides lots of other...
