I would like to express my sincere disappointment from their customer service and poor management. Not only they are overpriced, but they donāt put their customer first, only care about making the sale and thatās it. I made a purchase as a gift , but then changed my mind and wanted to shop from another place instead. I went to the shop in Mall of Emirates the next day, and the cashier explained to me that my purchase is done via credit card on one of their terminals, therefore refund needs to be done via card, but as per their policy it will take 1 week. After arguing for my rights to take my money back, I had to wait one week and there is still not update. Their management does not understand that keeping your customers happy is crucial for a business to survive in Dubai and they will lose a lot of clients like this . Itās been more than a week, and they told me they need few more days to refund my money. How long does it take for money to be refunded ???? This is unacceptable and shows disrespect to clients . I will never shop from there again and advise everyone to find a better shop with more decent prices which will respect...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI visited Areej MOE 24th July around 1:00PM.They show Bvlgari on the counter.At first I try the Bvlguri tyger actually I have planning to buy this tyger today.I tested too many perfume at Sephora as well so the smell are blended.I tried this Bvlguri and 3 spray and walk around inside this shop.But after 5 mins I go back again to this counter and try it again to make sure the staff this guy told me you canāt test no more you already spray on your skin omg itās so weird and very rude behavior.Actually Iām the perfume collector and I tried too many shop not in Dubai all over the Europe this is the first time itās too weird I feel so shine when he said like this.If you are not allow to test the perfume donāt show on the counter.This is the bad customer service Iāve ever met.This is the first and last time to visit Areej perfume shopšplease check the behavior of your staff...

We tried few colors, firstly the lady at the counter started to loose patience and making faces as if weāre wasting her precious time. Then we decided to pick a couple of colors and leave, I asked her can you pls give me the same color as the one Iām wearing(trying there) and she gave me a completely different color which I realised after coming home when I opened the box. I then called the store trying to speak to her to explain her the situation, she again didnāt listen and left the phone passing it to her manager.
