I came to The Club – Palm Jumeirah on May 6th, 2025 at 10:04 AM, and handed my car to the valet service. When the vehicle was returned to me at 2:31 PM, it had clear damage on the back door (shock and deep scratches) that was not present in the morning.

The valet with light blue eyes is a liar and manipulator. He made us wait by falsely claiming he had informed security to check the car's journey on the CCTV footage. In reality, he had notified no one and was simply hoping I would give up and leave without making a fuss.

Security spent over 1.5 hours reviewing CCTV footage and could not confirm that the damage was present upon arrival at 10AM, which clearly suggests the incident happened while the vehicle was under the responsibility of the valet.

It’s truly sad to see such a luxurious place built on dishonesty and disrespect, where taking responsibility is avoided and the customer is treated like a nuisance instead of being protected. Integrity should never...

We are Palm residents and frequent visitors to SAN where we dined and relaxed on various occasions spending a substantial amount of money. We’ve always enjoyed the food, and the staff is generally very friendly. However, today we had an extremely disappointing experience with the manager, Shashank which led me to literally close the cheque and walk out. In my 18 years living here, this was truly one of the worst interactions I’ve ever had. He was condescending, rude, and standoffish. To make matters worse, when we asked for his name, he refused to provide it—apparently concerned about receiving a negative review. We will definitely be discussing this incident with the owner as well. This is literally the last place I would go in Dubai. I’ve been here for 8 years.

Table service took 45 minutes for our first drink. We went to the bar and they told us it was annoying we weren’t ordering from our table.

Management came over to fix our problems, it didn’t get any better. 5 orders of chicken main courses and we never saw any of them. Omar came over to fix it and brought us deserts instead of our main course.

We gave up. Won’t be back. If you’re visiting there’s a dozen other options nearby.
