The Restaurant at Address Beach Resort — Restaurant in Dubai

This holiday ticked all our boxes and more! We wanted to have a week of relaxation & luxury and we were not disappointed. From our pick up from Dubai airport we were treated like royalty. The hotel is by far the most amazing hotel I’ve stayed in, and being an ex flight attendant, I’m use to 4/5 star hotels each week!

Every single detail and thought was not unnoticed by us and the staff could not have been nicer. Every staff member we encountered went the extra mile to make our stay an amazing experience:

Breakfast Buffet was superb & something we looked forward to every morning with the sheer amount of variety & freshness Sancur (Chef) gave me his Homemade Granola recipe as I loved it. He was always happy to speak to guests & always offering to make us whatever we wanted Naim (waiter served us breakfast) was also superb & his attention to detail made us feel so special. On our last day he’d boxed up some granola for me to take home & also made us a special plate with a deliciously decorated oat cookie and chocolate wording saying ‘Thank you for staying with us’ which nearly made me cry. A great asset to the hotel & even remembered our drink & food orders Zin Mar always recognised us & also remembered our orders. So welcoming & gave us great service Hari & Bam were the lifeguards at our fav pool really looked after us giving that 5 star treatment. Staff came round to offer us ice lollies as well as someone else offering to clean our sunglasses! They were all so nice.

All other staff worked so hard to make sure the grounds of the hotel looked immaculate & kept it looking stunning.

The infinity pool on the 77th Floor did not disappoint & was breath taking to see the views in such a luxurious spot. We ate twice at the Zeta 77 Restaurant as the food and views were superb along with the staff that served us who were also fantastic.

I would say this is more like a 6 star hotel and we already want to book our next holiday there. The rooms are fantastic & even the cleaners made our room look so lovely & the attention to detail was memorable.

The fact we also had our own private beach area with loungers and a lifeguard was great. The location of the hotel was perfect for us as it wasn’t within all the other hotels and felt we had space and peacefulness around us even though it was only 5/10min stroll on boardwalk to get to the restaurants etc. Every day we did our morning or evening beach walk all the way to the other end as well as being able to walk over the Bluewater bridge to enjoy other restaurants and view looking back over the water.

I have personally experienced this, having requested salmon nigiri sushi on more than one occasion, and was impressed by the swiftness and precision with which it was presented. Such attention to detail reflects the restaurant’s dedication to guest satisfaction.

The ambiance of the restaurant, combined with the warmth and professionalism of the staff, ensures an experience that is both welcoming and memorable. From the moment guests arrive until their departure, the service is attentive, seamless, and truly exceptional.

The Restaurant may rightly be regarded as the “Jewel in the Crown” among Address Hotels’ dining establishments. Its outstanding cuisine, personalized service, and refined atmosphere make it a destination worth revisiting time and again.

Really disappointing, assumed it would be of the same quality as the other branches we have visited. Food quality was very average and one of the waitresses had a very persistent cough, we raised it with the manager and because the staff member was vaccinated and had a negative PCR, they didn't think a cough was an issue.

One supervisor told us she just had a sore throat and the other that it was an allergy to the mask, so it is not clear what the issue was, but she shouldn't have been working around food while coughing over and over again, even with a mask.
