Bluewaters Marine Transport Station — Local services in Dubai

Extremely rude behaviour and attitude from the person at the ticket counter. He issued us a ticket for 9:30pm from Bluewaters to Marina, but when we reached there he had issued the same tickets to someone else in advance and sent them on the boat. I don't understand how he can issue us tickets and then deny us entry onto the boat and issue the same tickets to someone else. Wasted another 1 hour because of this , had to pay extra at the Dubai Marina mall parking due to this. Never taking an RTA transport again. Rude behaviour from the man at the counter, blamed it on us, when he clearly issued tickets to someone else. I don't understand how this is done. Thanks RTA and Bluewaters, never visiting again and will also be telling friends, family and colleagues to never visit Dubai, RTA and Bluewaters again. We got the trip from Bluewaters marine transport station today 17th August around 9:30pm. The staff was very supportive and energetic. She was caring about the kids and elderly as they had very long jetty. Nice to see such positive customer handling in Dubai and the ride was about 15 minutes. We enjoyed a lot. Thanks RTA...
