We recently dined at Wagamama Golden Mile and tried quite a variety of dishes — chicken katsu, beef brisket donburi, hot pot teriyaki beef brisket, veggie gyoza, and katsu rolls. Overall, the food was fine. The flavors were decent and satisfying, though nothing stood out as exceptional. Each dish had its own character, and the portions were fair enough for the price.

One thing that could definitely be improved is their menu. It’s not the most user-friendly and can be a little overwhelming to go through. It takes a bit of time to find what you want since the layout isn’t as straightforward as it could be. For first-time diners especially, this might make ordering a bit tricky.

As for the service, our server Ivy took care of us during our visit. She was fine — polite and attentive enough to make sure we had what we needed. No complaints there, though nothing particularly memorable either.

We took the time to dine in to try their newly promotion that was circulated thru internet, since this branch is the nearest in the office we don’t hesitate to visited them. We approached the staff to ask if we can try the promotion that was newly launched, he directly declined and informed us that promotion were already removed and no longer exist. He also added that it was only tactic to get the customers☹️ ( don’t worry may pambayad po kmi khit Wla promotion ‼️)Though, it was stated that it will last for the whole February and to all branches. Still we dine in and order other available in the menu. It took time to prepared what we order and we totally didn’t enjoy our dining experience to this branch. I ordered there with Careem today ( order 95369781). After 40minutes and the careen driver being made to wait there, I called the restaurant and enquired ans a gentlemen said that my order left! I messaged the careem rider who confirmed that he was still waiting and sent me a picture of him waiting. I called back the restaurant and advised that not only it’s unprofessional to not check the order status but lying to a client is terrible.
