Herdy's Dolphin Fish and Chips — Restaurant in Aberdeen City

First time back in Aberdeen for a long time. Wanted a white pudding supper and remembered that the Dolphin was good. Unfortunately never been so disappointed in a chippy in my life. The chips were white greasy and peelly wally (what there was of them). The white pudding was small and chewy. Overall the whole supper was very small and at £5.30? Bottom line is didn’t matter on the size the whole supper went where it belonged, the bin. Believe me I like my food and it needs to be really bad before I won’t eat it. I was the only customer sitting down to eat, though there were plenty of takeaway clients. The service was warm and friendly throughout and the delicious fish and chips were cooked fresh, so I had to wait about 15 minutes. The chips were great. Nice and crispy, no element of sogginess. Ordered 2 meals via just eat. Only 1 meal delivered. Phoned The Dolphin to be told there's nothing they can do as they don't have their own drivers, so cannot deliver missing meal. Just re-order they say. But that means paying again for service and delivery - which was sadly lacking with first order!! Last time this happened refund from just eat never arrived - so, fingers crossed. Just paid out over £30;and got one...
