I came here last week with friends as I love rum and had been really looking forward to it. There is a good rum menu and the waiter recommended a number of good ones which I enjoyed, particularly the Dooleys. Good covid precautions in place. Great decor and seating areas.
My only complaint is that each measure includes your mixer, but I was using less than a quarter of a mixer with a shot. When I asked to buy a rum without mixer it was still the same price. This in my mind is a rip off. I also think it is illegal under the licensing act (but I will have to research this and update later). Either way I was paying £8 for a shot and a mixer I did not need. For this reason only 3 stars. It’s still worth a visit though, especially if...

Read moreBased on the quality of the selection I would only give 2. 5stars. The place is very small, and it was very loud, we could hardly hear each other, we were in the queue for approx 30.min to get served in the bar. The cocktails we had were mr simms and jolly roger, which was just way too sweet, I could only taste the honey, as it was way too much in there, couldn't really feel anything else, it wasn't pleasant unfortunately. There is not really much to tell about the other cocktail(mr simms), it was okay but nothing special. Overall it was disappointing, we didn't get the experience what...
