Read moreCustomer service at this hut is shocking. I placed an order through the app and was directed to the uber service, who then cancelled my order 10 minutes later, hut app still showing it as active, when trying to call the hut to confirm if the order is still active they just put the phone down on you, repeatedly.. This has been my experience with them twice now, still waiting almost an hour later to see if my food is coming or I will be refunded. Never ordering from this hut ever again.

I was very clear that I didn’t order through a third party for that exact reason and he still insisted that there was nothing he could do. So now I have no food and I’m down £40. Won’t be ordering from...
