Very rude service by the Chinese staff who could not understand English, not to mention very dirty hygiene practices!! My BBQ grill was dirty when I first sat down at the table so I asked the waiter to change it. The Chinese male waiter dared to justify to me that it’s in fact “normal” to have grey stains when you wipe the grill with a clean tissue (and he said this to me with a very rude tone too). He also insisted on not changing my dirty grill even after I showed him the stains, by insisting “all of the grills are the same”. Well guess what - that means all your grills are dirty!? And obviously that’s not ok?? And you still expect me to eat after that? I can’t believe this waiter would dare to gaslight me with such excuses. It’s obviously not my first time having Korean bbq, and he didn’t have to talk to me like I was a child, for asking a very legitimate question. Don’t go to this place if you don’t want diarrhea. And someone should get a hygiene inspector to check the place too. It’s totally abnormal to serve Korean bbq like this. Normally Korean restaurants are very clean so this practice is definitely very abnormal.

Absolutely Delicious Korean BBQ Experience in Bath! I had an amazing meal at this Korean BBQ restaurant in Bath. The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish! The meats were fresh and high quality, perfect for grilling at the table. The variety of side dishes and condiments — like fresh garlic, sliced chillies, and a tasty dipping sauce — really enhanced all the flavours. The menu included a great selection, including options like marinated beef, pork belly, and even some delicious side dishes like japchae and takoyaki. The takoyaki especially surprised me — crispy outside, soft inside, and topped with bonito flakes and tangy sauce. The atmosphere was welcoming and friendly, with staff who were helpful and always ready to assist if we had questions about the menu or how to grill the meat properly. Everything felt clean and well-organized. If you’re looking for authentic Korean BBQ in Bath, I highly recommend this place! We left absolutely satisfied and can’t wait to come back again.

First Visit – Great Experience! This was my first time in Bath and my first visit to this Korean restaurant. Since there are no Korean restaurants in Swindon, I decided to make the trip to enjoy some Korean BBQ. The location was easy to find, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. Service was quick, and the food was delicious with reasonable pricing. My only suggestion would be for the front-of-house staff to spend a bit more time explaining the menu, checking back on guests, and guiding first-time visitors on how to use the BBQ tables. I left a tip to encourage them and will definitely be coming back. Keep up the great work!

Witnessed the very rude male manager turn away a solo female diner over lunch. The restaurant was 3/4 empty but the small BBQ section had only the table beside us empty, and it had been that way for the whole hour we’d been eating so… I’m not sure what he was feeling so precious about. As we asked for our check, another couple came in wanting a table and were sat at the empty one he’d refused the female diner (Also poorly thought out since our table as well as another were about to open up anyway). The whole thing left a bad taste for my husband and I, especially me since I dine alone quite a lot when he’s away for work and am sensitive to how restaurants treat solo patrons. If that had been the only bad taste, perhaps I’d have been gentler in my review but frankly, the food was bad and overpriced. Skimpy portions of low quality meat, rude, inattentive service (except for a nice enough waitress) and an overall sense that they couldn’t be bothered. Also, the toilets were disgustingly dirty and out of toilet paper. I’m glad I didn’t see their kitchen, I shudder to think. Will give this one a...
