A Haven of Elegance and Excellent Coffee: My First Delight at Elio Cafe My first venture into Elio Cafe, nestled in the heart of the Mailbox, proved to be a truly delightful experience. Stepping inside, I was immediately struck by the sophisticated atmosphere. The interior design is undeniably beautiful, with a clear emphasis on creating a refined space. The high ceilings are a masterstroke, instantly lending an air of grandeur and elegance that elevates the cafe beyond your typical coffee stop. While the artwork adorning the walls and ceilings might be described as simple, its execution and placement are anything but. It's clear a thoughtful hand has curated the decor, achieving a sense of visual harmony that is both calming and aesthetically pleasing. The lighting further enhances this carefully crafted ambiance, creating a warm and inviting glow throughout the cafe. The attention to detail extends to the furniture. The variety of seating options is a testament to the owner's understanding of different customer needs and preferences. Crucially, all the furniture I observed appeared to be of high quality, adding to the overall impression of a well-considered and upscale establishment. It's evident that the owner has invested significant effort in creating a unique and appealing environment, setting Elio Cafe apart from the competition. Although I didn't sample the array of snacks and desserts on offer during this visit, a quick glance at the neighbouring tables was enough to impress. The cakes and pastries looked tempting and clearly well-received, suggesting a high standard of quality in their culinary offerings. My focus on this occasion was the coffee, and I opted for an Americano with milk. I was not disappointed. The coffee was genuinely excellent, possessing a distinct and memorable flavour profile. It had a unique character that hinted at a blend I hadn't encountered before, leaving a lasting positive impression. Beyond the impressive aesthetics and quality coffee, the staff at Elio Cafe truly contribute to the positive experience. Their friendly and courteous demeanour made my visit even more enjoyable. Their attentiveness and welcoming attitude added a layer of warmth to the already pleasant atmosphere. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Elio Cafe to anyone venturing into the Mailbox or even the wider Birmingham City Centre area. It's more than just a place to grab a coffee; it's an experience. The combination of elegant design, a thoughtfully curated ambiance, excellent coffee, and friendly service makes it well worth a visit. Elio Cafe has certainly earned a spot on my list of go-to cafes in Birmingham.

I saw a familiar face as I entered Elio Cafe Birmingham. The person running the business used to craft the best coffee, in the best coffee shop in Solihull, Black Horse Espresso. He has now started this little beauty, Elio Cafe. Located opposite the BBC in the Mailbox, there is a level of sophistication to Elio Cafe that is undeniably cool. I love the modern art work hung on its walls. I love the huge window out front, allowing as much light as it can into its large interior. The interior is bright and warm, with bands of mellow colours streaking across its walls. I was surprised to see a multi-cultural range of flatbreads available for brunch and lunch offerings. The Lebanese would be my choice. The owner informed me that there is a big middle-eastern contingent that frequents Elio. With these food offerings I can see why. The choice of coffee setup it straight from Dark Horse. Two of the best, La Marzocco espresso machine and Victoria Arduinuo grinder. I will be back to try their coffee range of New Zealand Allpress. As much as I love the local roasts, I can see why Elio Cafe has gone for this choice. It's a differentiator. I don't know any other coffee shops nearby that use Allpress. Allpress, like all Kiwi coffee output, is amazing. All the best with the business. It already has that established feel. Another quality independent coffee shop. More please.

Nice cozy comfortable space to have your coffee. They serve hot and cold drinks including milkshakes and healthy smoothies and also cakes. They are specially known for their hot chocolate which is available in 5 types. We the Luxury hot chocolate and my husband went for Cappuccino. We both loved our drinks and also enjoyed the ‘Lebanese flat bread’. P.S. They provide a card which has a bar code to scan the menu and behind it they give you coffee stamps for the number of coffees you ordered. Once you get the number of required coffee stamps, you a get free hot stuff. So, keep the card safe if you plan to visit next time.

I recently had the pleasure of stopping by this this cozy little coffee shop in the heart of Birmingham City center. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the rich aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the warm smile of the barista. I ordered a flat white and was blown away by how creamy and delicious it was. The espresso was perfectly balanced and the milk was frothed to perfection.

But what really stood out to me was the excellent customer service provided by Paresta Sara. She was friendly, engaging, and took the time to recommend some of her favorite drinks and pastries on the menu. Her knowledge and passion for coffee really shone through, and I appreciated her attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to make my experience memorable.

Overall, I would highly recommend this coffee shop to anyone looking for a great cup of coffee and exceptional customer service. Don't forget to say hi to Paresta Sara when...
