This was a truly wonderful experience. It's a quaint place with a relaxed atmosphere, wonderful waitresses, and stunning food.
Spicy Korean Stir Fry (Beef): Absolutely delicious, well-balanced, and flavourful. The beef was high quality and cooked to perfection. Even the vegetables were packed with flavour. It's easily the best stir fry I've had at a restaurant and is an exceptional dish. 5/5 🌟
Korean Fried Platter (Wings, Strips and Corn Dogs): Massive selection of flavours, I got the secret sauce, sweet chilli, and garlic honey butter sauces respectively. Regarding the texture and quality, it's top-notch, perfectly cooked chicken and light crispy coatings. Flavour wise, they were all delicious, but also the flavours weren't very pronounced, which was slightly confusing, albeit tasty.
My favourite is the corn dogs. They were cooked to absolute PERFECTION, a masterful combination of sweet and savoury, light, and impactful with both high-quality cheese and sausage. 5/5 🌟
The wings and strips mix into one for me as there is actually no real difference apart from size. The wings are boneless chunks of juicy chicken in an airy but crunchy batter (strips are just smaller versions of the same). Again, well executed and delicious food with great (less balanced) flavours. 4/5 🌟
Steamed rice: Great suggestion from the waitress, complemented the stir fry well, and the rice was a great fresh texture. But ultimately, rice is just rice, so I won't rate it in stars, and instead, I'll say that it's passed the GOOD rice standards. 👍🏽
To summarise, my total order came to £50.50 and I can definitely say i was satisfied with my experience in all areas and exceptionally impressed with many others. The prices are quite high (I'll include them in pics), but you certainly get the value that comes along with it.
Overall, I STRONGLY recommended that you try this restaurant if you're local and looking for some mid to higher end food or if you want to celebrate with style and FLAVOUR.

Read moreLet me start this off by saying I love Korean and Japnesse cuisine so much. I preped coming to this place by not having anything to eat before hand so I was excited etc. My girlfriend reserved a table upstairs in the quiet area and even mentioned that this was a birthday celebration so she wanted something special. We come in and tell our reservation and find out they didnt reserve anything so when we go upstairs they just clean a random table and give it to us. Not only this they also put us next to a group of like 12 people who were partying and were very loud. My girlfriend has hearing problems(Which was also mentioned in the reservation) so this was hard to deal with especially after being told we would be put in a quiet place. I had a plan on what to order. I would want the korean hotdog completly chesse or to do a Korean BBQ at the table or a hotpot for myself. None of thesse were avilable. The korean hotdog has half chesse and half meat and cause these are prepreped they ae not chanagable, the Korean BBQ isnt even korean BBQ despite having a cooker at the table the korean BBQ is pre made and finally the hotpot is only built for group of people so not worth it. I ended up getting the chicken wings with sauce. It looks on the picture that you would get a pot of sauce but in the end the just had a drizzle on there and the chicken was flavourless but had a crispy chicken skin but the skin was barely attached and the only flavour was the little amount of sauce. In addition to this clear favouritism was shown to the party group(Im assuming because they were paying more being a big group) All in all we spent 32 pounds on just drinks and a vegetable curry and chicken wings(NOT WORTH IT) save your money. Popeyes has better chicken wings. In addition support more authentic or better tasting korean places. This place brings shame to...
Read moreI absolutely love it here having been about 3 times now, it will not be the last time. I'm quite surprised at some of the lower reviews but each to their own. I actually thought I reviewed already but can't find it so doing it again.
My initial visit was brunch, the portions are big, the food is fresh, and the taste surreal. There chicken wings and tbeobkki is on point. It was my sisters birthday and they gave us a free glass of prosseco.
The 2nd and 3rds times were for the buffet in the evening, £30 for all you can eat and drink, I mean talk about bargain. Now because of the portions I don't make it thru all the rounds, but the BBq, tbbeokki, chicken wing, bimibap, side dishes all I can say is everything is on point and tastes authentic (she says having never been to korean, but loving all things korean) ... the chicken wings are crispy and the different flavours, the honey garlic are the best ones, but they recommended the cheese and yoghurt I was somewhat sceptical, but oh my days they bang.. it such a random flavour sensation in your mouth gets all the taste buds tingling ha ha..
With the free drinks it's great, the rice wine is amazing and there cocktail are nice and refreshing to.
We went with kids for the buffet, under 5s eat free and also get to choose a dish.
The atmosphere is nice and I find the service spectacular, there is a lovely guy who has served us on both occasions and the nice lady from the bar, they may not always come straight away but if you call them over they are quick and attentive, the food comes out in very good time.
I love it here and I'm sure they will see me again, we keep saying we need to try the other places next door to it, but everytime end up there ha ha.. its just too good.
Can't seem to find all my photos, but...
