Yummy Oriental Redcliffe — Restaurant in Bristol

Regular customer... normally don't have a problem... but placed order online via just-eat... food came hot no problem there but missing 1 item... called them up asked if they can resend the missing item... person on the phone thought I wanted them to resend the order plus refund the money so after 5 minutes of arguing with them they resent the missing item... came quickly however the driver BLAMED me for the mistake as it wasn't my usual order... I informed him that its not MY responsibility to make sure the customer gets the correct order and maybe they should have checked the order before sending out for delivery.... and I told him I will NOT be ordering from them again.... VERY POOR...

Never had a bad experience with this place except from last nite ordered food one lot came perfectly cooked with good amount of sauce another dish came not a lot of sauce just grease rang up to complain and the woman said ok she will tell the chef no sorry just tell the chef she was quite rude on the phone I wanted a refund or another dish first of all she said she couldn't do it then after me saying I will get a refund in the end she said she will get another dish out to me after the half hour she said it will take I rang again she said it just left so another 45 mins went by so I rang again she said it should be there soon I live 3 miles away and said is he walking she said no and put...

Ordered 2 chicken fried rice and an egg fried rice, it came and it was like it was boiled rice, it was stodgy and white, tasteless, so we rang up to be cut off! Then rang back to be told it was fried and they used soya sauce! My friend works in a cafe she’s knows what fried and boiled looks like! They didn’t offer to come and collect it or to do a refund! Will not be ordering the them again this is the second time it was like this, first time we let it go thinking they may have had a new chef start...
