absolutely terrible, came in with 3 of my friends after a long day, ordered the chicken gyro loaded fries and asked for no cheese sauce, took 45+ minutes just for loaded fries, my friends ordered bigger meals and they took 1+ hours to come, we were the only people in the restaurant so i don’t understand how it can take that long to cook 4 meals that i know are not made from scratch as i work in hospitality myself, i asked the staff member how long my order will be after about 25 minutes and he just rolled his eyes and said “wait man” came back 10 minutes later and said “wait it’s coming” gave me my “oreo” milkshake which was just a vanilla milkshake with 2 pieces of oreo’s on top, nothing else, the other staff were very kind but the gentleman was extremely unhelpful and quiet rude towards my friends and i, i will definitely not be coming back here ever, very over-hyped burger spot, and very poor hygiene i must say, loads of open bin bags and cardboard surrounded by seagulls right in front of the entrance, smells horrible, we thought it would be fine once we were inside but the smell just came straight through, cobwebs and flies surrounding the mouldy silicone around the windows, just a total disaster, this place should be shut down or have a change...

Very classic and authentic American style burgers/sandwiches. The seasoning is just right, not too salty or too plain. The flavours and spices are very highly layered, mixed well with each other. I cannot recommend it more. The packaging and delivery bag are also great, stable, clean and environmentally friendly. Chicken patty is really juicy, with just-right fried battered outside and soft and juicy inside. I typically love their burger sauces and breads - taste so different from those from other burger brands in Edinburgh. The breads are really high-quality, you will immediately know it once you bite it. The spicy chicken burger has its specific flavours, and the non-spicy one has its unique taste as well. The non-spicy chicken fillet is seasoned with black pepper powder. I just love it.

I regret that I browsed it many times on Uber Eats but didn’t choose to order before - I feel so glad that I finally ordered it before I leave Edinburgh. Thank you...

Opening day and this place was very busy , after about a 90 min wait we finally got to order our food . This is very understandable as the 50% off the entire menu was a big opening day offer . The que outside did not get smaller at any time between 7pm -10pm when we finally left . The food was very good as the restaurant was so busy , they did extremely well to keep up and get food out within about 10/15 of ordering . We had the supreme build which was any burger we had Grilled onion & Spicey beef , really nice burgers , 2 loaded fries one cheese & Jalpenos and the other Angus Beef , loaded fries were really good too , then 2 milkshakes mango & strawberry and vanilla ..again really nice milkshakes . Think will need to come back once the rush settles down , but for opening day , 50% discount they have done very well to keep up with how busy they were .. well done guys .
