Lucky Buddha — Restaurant in City of Edinburgh

Horrific experience with Lucky Buddha today. My order didn't arrive, when I called to ask where it was the woman on the phone told me the driver insisted he had delivered it. He obviously delivered it to the wrong address, I accepted this was a simple mistake so requested a refund. Then a guy (who I assume is the delivery driver) took the phone and started screaming at me. He said it was my fault he delivered it to the wrong address because it said 'leave at door' on the delivery notes, which was a strange thing to blame on me, it was also not at my front door or any of my neighbours door's on my street (I walked around the street looking for it) . This was very upsetting and disappointing. This was one of my favourite takeaways but after being verbally abused down the phone I will not be ordering again. I feel sorry for the poor girl who originally answered the phone before this man grabbed it and started shouting at me like a child. She was actually very calm and friendly, it's a real shame she has to work with such aggressive...

At the time of order, the estimated delivery was 30-50 minutes. The food arrived over 3 hours later.

What eventually arrived would be best described as leftover scraps of food from the restaurant kitchen. Overcooked, cold spare ribs. Chips so obliterated in the fryer that no soft potato centre remained. Chicken 'Kung Po' that tasted like it had a jar of Tesco sauce poured over it. Brown prawn crackers that tasted slightly burnt. The best thing about the meal was the rice!

Can't believe I paid for this horror. I will avoid...
