I’m genuinely not that kind of annoying person to make a bad review or try to ruin someone’s reputation, but this has to be done if the ‘owner’ reads the reviews, because the staff certainly do not listen to anyone’s special instructions.
For the 50th time in a row. I have nicely put a special note in my order and have phoned the takeaway to ask politely every time too. Once the ‘manager’ took over the phone call and was arguing with me saying that they don’t put a ‘tea spoon’ of sauce in it. I can order next time and come down to the takeaway/restaurant to show you. Plain rice and paneer.
I ask for ‘extra mild sauce( a lot more sauce)’ to be added into my meal box, if it’s paneer or chicken rice box. EVERY SINGLE TIME. There is genuinely about a tea spoon of sauce that they put into the box and my partners is even worse. It’s genuinely just pilau/basmati rice and paneer. I’m paying quite a lot of money for a small meal and can easily make rice at home and add cheese. I simply don’t understand why your staff can’t follow the most simple instructions for an order. I’m only asking for more sauce than usual included into my order. I have no problem at all to pay more money for the extra sauce, but every single time they DO NOT listen or follow simple instructions.
The reason why I continue to order is to give you guys chances after chances. I have no complaint on the flavour, or the temperature (sometimes the paneer is not even cooked properly) but I thought I should write this review instead of going mental at the staff.
I understand that you sell all the sauces in bottles… I have bought them before and they taste nothing like the sauce you use to put into the paneer rice boxes. They all taste like vinegar.
I’m not the person to make reviews as you can see I’ve only ever made 2-3 excellent reviews.
Please speak to the staff to simply follow special instructions, or I won’t be...

Read moreThis is becoming beyond a joke. This time I didn’t even get my order. The Just Eat app says it’s delivered. Phone the restaurant who say the drivers just left. Has he? Because the app says it’s delivered. And if he’s just left now, why’s it so late. It’s left at the time it’s meant to be delivered? Which makes it 45 minutes late. I’m told to reach out to Just Eat who can track the driver. I email Just Eat. They just send a standard receipt of my complaint. Which means. No food tonight then. The last order. No drink. A few orders before that. Completely wrong item. Told to keep it. If I want my food. Then order the cheapest thing (sauce), pay for delivery so a driver can be assigned, and they’ll offset delivery fee and sauce cost by throwing in some free wings. It usually takes 40+ minutes from placing an order to receiving it. So you can imagine how long I was waiting. A few orders before that, completely wrong item! Another order during the month of Ramadan when we’re fasting. Set a time for delivery to be 10 minutes before we open our fast. Leave a note for the restaurant saying to deliver it on time, we’re fasting. The orders 40 minutes late from my requested time. In other words, it’s seems like it was prepared and sent at the time it was meant to arrive. If you could see my orders from this place and using Just Eat, it’s a lot. You’ve both lost a customer. I’d rather go hungry. Oh wait....
