From the moment we approached Entree Steakhouse, we knew we were in for something truly special. The exterior was stunningly designed—modern yet inviting, with an aesthetic appeal that immediately set the tone for the evening. As we stepped inside, we were warmly welcomed by Mustafa and Omar, whose hospitality was nothing short of extraordinary. They greeted us with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, making us feel like cherished guests rather than just diners. Their impeccable manners, attentiveness, and positive energy created an atmosphere that was both luxurious and comfortable. It was evident that they took immense pride in ensuring every guest felt special, and their kindness set the tone for a truly unforgettable evening.
Once seated, we were introduced to Hadiyah, our waiter, who instantly impressed us with her depth of knowledge and attentiveness. She patiently walked us through the entire menu, not just listing options but truly listening to our preferences and suggesting dishes tailored to our tastes. Her ability to balance personal recommendations with deep menu expertise was phenomenal. For instance, we had dietary preferences and wanted a mix of adventurous and classic flavors, and Hadiyah’s customized suggestions were absolutely perfect. It was clear that she wasn’t just reciting a script; she was curating an experience just for us, and it made all the difference.
For starters, we had BBQ ribs, which were incredibly tender and flavorful, falling cleanly off the bone. The dynamite chicken was crispy, with just the right amount of spice, and the battered prawns were light, juicy, and perfectly cooked. Each dish was a testament to the chef’s skill and attention to detail.
For mains, we enjoyed two ribeye steaks, both juicy and cooked to perfection, paired with dynamite chips, a bold and flavorful side, and creamy mash that was rich and smooth. The chops with spinach mash were another standout—succulent and bursting with flavor. The portions were generous and beautifully presented, showcasing the care put into every plate.
Despite being full, we couldn’t resist dessert. The baklava was the best we’ve ever had—perfectly flaky and balanced, while the chocolate lava cake was rich and indulgent, with a molten center that melted in the mouth. Both desserts were absolute highlights, the perfect end to an exceptional meal.
Adding to the experience, Mustafa returned to dazzle us with a vibrant fire show, bringing energy and creativity to the evening. It was a fantastic touch, making the night even more memorable and perfect for photos.
When we couldn’t finish everything, Aman graciously packed up our leftovers with a smile, handling every request with patience and care. His kindness and attentiveness made us feel valued, even as we asked for extra accommodations. Special thanks also to Yasmin and Aziz, who provided seamless support throughout the evening with their friendly service.
From the stunning ambiance to the impeccable service, unforgettable food, and engaging entertainment, Entree Steakhouse delivered an experience beyond compare. Every detail was executed to perfection, leaving us with lasting memories of a truly exceptional evening. This is not just a restaurant—it’s an experience we can’t...
Read moreI don't even know where to start with! Food - delicious! Very well served, well cooked, nicely decorated. Kids pasta was different than in any other places - creamy, tasty sauce rather than blant tomato sauce, very tasty chicken breast on top of it and they came with the fresh fruit juices. Steaks were just spot on, honestly the best steaks we've ever eaten. Desserts - OMG!!! Baclava was just banging - not over sweet, not over sticky, served with an ice cream in between, which was put there at our table. Cheesecake - light, fluffy, just simply amazing! And now to the best part of it, service... if I could give 100 ⭐️ for the service, I would!!! We were served mainly by Mustapha. That guy! He is real game changer! From the very beginning, when he approached our table and gave us a respectful hand shake, introduced himself and immediatly interacted with our children (aged nearly 5 and just over 2), the whole visit was just amazing. He not only served our children meals with very funny for them way, but he also talked to them a lot, surprised them with some free chocolates as a reward for eating their meals nicely, he also brought them a plate of fresh fruits with whipped cream, like he would know them since they were born and knew exacrly what they like (also free of charge!). Kids absolutely loved their dining out experience with Mustapha! We also enjoyed it, he was helpful, knew exactly what is he doing and what is he serving, performed a baclava ice cream filling just at our table! He was just so kind, approachable, and you could tell he loves his job! For the first time ever we didn't ask for taking the service charge off our bill, we even rounded-up the final bill. Rest of the staff were really nice too, whoever passed our table or came to check if everything was fine, had a smile on their faces, were kind and polite. The atmoshere in the restaurant was absolutely amazing, and I can calmly say that all the staff was just simply happy to work there. Last part - prices. To many people prices would seem high. But honestly, for the quality of food we were served, and the hospitality we were given, it was all worth every single penny spent!!! We will definitely come back and it won't be just a one more visit!!! We're just very happy that we've found this place, and will definitely recommend to literally everyone!!!!!!!!!...
Read moreReserved a table for 13 on the website, but upon arrival they did not know anything about the reservation. However, restaurant was quiet so finding us a space wasn't an issue.
Waiters were attentive and helpful. However, the main waiter/manager was rather touchy-feeley (with the menfolk). Felt rather awkward as was over friendly. But meant well, I guess...but not welcomed by our family.
Male toilets were out of use so everyone was using the ladies toilets.
The music kept randomly getting loud, so loud to the point we had to shout to the person sitting right next to us to be heard. We had to ask them to turn it down, so they turned it down ever so slightly.
Food - medium rare steaks were more rare. Kids cheeseburgers were overcooked and burnt. The chicken steak portion served on a bed of mash looked bare and lonely in the middle of the plates. No salad, no garnish. Taste was ok but we've had better. The meal felt a bit lacking, other steakhouses serve additional sides usually so this felt different. Thankfully, we did order extra chips which bulked the meal out a bit. The mac and cheese pasta was overboiled and had an odd taste.
The best item on the menu was the signature chips.
We ordered the Birthday Treat as it was my boy's birthday. The brownie was a one person slice with a sparkling candle..again, in other places we were able to share the birthday dessert but this portion was tiny. The strawberries served with the brownies looked withered. The aforementioned manager forced one of these strawberries in the birthday boy's mouth, despite him resisting and saying no.
We didn't realise that a 10% service charge was added to the bill. Then we went to pay by card, we were asked if we wanted to add a tip. I added one as I hadn't checked the receipt.
Overall, it was an okay experience. We will not go back though but glad we...
