Mooboo Coventry - The Best Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Coventry

This Mooboo store is my main bubble tea place, normally they get the order spot on. This time, I ordered through uber eats, and I had put in the notes to put soya milk instead of dairy milk (I have lactose intolerance), I put it in the notes last time too and they did do soya milk as requested. This time, they obviously did not read the note that I had put against it, and it was made with dairy milk instead, which meant I couldn't drink the bubble tea I ordered (it was a large too).

The driver also took longer than usual and kept taking wrong turnings, in which time the order had melted (not mooboos fault for this issue, it was the driver). My mum also noted that her choc oreo milk tea had a weird texture, which I assume is because it took longer to get here. I do recommend the bubble tea order shown in the photo though, it is usually made well 🥲. I will not be ordering it online again though, until they add the alternative milk buttons on the uber eats app (which they have added for most of the other milk tea options...

Brian, on the till is so rude.. every single time I have been to mooboo and he is on the till he is rude to me and whoever else goes alongside. Even with other customers there… you ask him a question and you get such a rude response.. asked for some tapioca separate to another drink .. he said 60p and then said next time it will be £2.50 then went to add it to the drink my friends ordered after I asked for it separate and confirmed it be separate.when the other drink was being prepared he was rude saying the drink is final after this when I didn’t order the drink personally myself i ordered tapioca separately due to not having much cash on me for a drink as it was cash only, also asked if could do click and collect online he said no it’s for covid only and said I pay in store when...

A very nice drink at Coventry, the staff was helpful in front of the till, although he wore a mask, he will explain how to order using the steps on the till. It MAKES the order CLEAR and EASIER
