Our first visit. Went to see Paul Smith at the Pavilion but as the show was delayed we googled options for food and a cheeky burger always wins. 7Bone was just around the corner so thought we'd give it a go. It's Friday night and it's busy. We waited by the door and was soon greeted. Asked for a table for 2, host checked and had a table downstairs, explained how to order and just as we were about to set off a table in the window became free. We asked for that window table and straightaway it was cleaned and prepped for us. As it was our first visit we were taking a little time to work out the menu, but the host noticed and came over to help. It's simple once you know 😉. It was very busy and we were advised food would take up to 1 hour, we explained we were time limited and the host said no problem, made a note on the order. Drinks arrived quickly, shame it's all canned beers and soft drinks, not a big issue but a nice draft pint would have been awesome. Nibbles arrived after 15 mins, mains followed 10 minutes later. Food was great, hot and fresh, although fries without any topping weren't as crisp as we'd have liked but the dirty fries were amazing! A real street food type of experience, we had good food and fantastic service. We'll definitely go again when I'm the area and needing a burger.

Top marks for this burger joint in Bournemouth which I believe is the second installment from the company, the first opened in Southampton in 2013. Having initially looked at a Japanese restaurant on St.Michaels Rd but rudely greeted and pretty much turned away (see my other review) our young family of 4 were warmly welcomed by the gent (sorry should of asked your name!) for a quick lunch time eat before our train back to London. Fun, good time vibes, knowledgeable/professional run through of the menu with recommendations, snappy quick ordering and the food came quick. For the boys, we picked from the kids menu the chicken tenders (crisp outer yet extremely tender inside) with seasoned fries. I picked Ronald's Revenge-reminiscent of a certain big name burger but x1000 better, aged juicy beef goodness. The better half chose winner winner fried chicken burger - I didn't see any leftovers! Seasoned fries-as perfect as you could get, crisp and tasty! Tillman's dirty slaw was just delicious and fresh. All in you couldn't fault anything here, the best thing really were the staff who made us feel good about being there. We loved the exit greeting in Cantonese from one of the chefs which came as a welcomed surprise. Highly recommended for top class unstuffy (as it should be) service and food 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

Me and my girlfriend had a brilliant time at 7 Bone we ordered two burgers and dirty fires to share, and we were both very happy with the portion sizes and were both very full by the end of the meal. They didn’t have any seating available in the main restaurant, so we were offered a seat in their basement. We were both intrigued about this and went to sit down. To be fair it was very interesting and although we didn’t mind this rustic feel that the basement had others might not enjoy it so much. To put it simple it felt like I was in a horror maze, and I hope they lean into this and put-up decorations for Halloween as that is something I personally would love. Moving on, the order process was easy as they had a QR code we could scan and order from the website no need to wait for someone to take your order, our drinks arrived fairly quickly but we were waiting a little bit for the food to arrive, but it was definitely worth the wait as the food was delicious and had no complaints from my partner, which is always a good sign. And then when we wanted to leave, we just did as we already had paid online it was so easy and I would highly recommend to anyone visiting.

Thought I'd actually give a proper review considering how often I go to 7 Bone. If you want a great dining experience and you love all things burgers, toasties, hot dogs, steak, this is the place to go. I've been visiting 7 Bone for well over a year now and I think I'd be right in saying this is probably the place where most of my money goes. The food here is truly something to experience. Plump, juicy patties, oozing cheese, crispy bacon; this place KNOWS how to make burgers and they know how to destroy your hunger. When you walk out the door you'll always have a smile on your face after being satisfied with great food and a very friendly and warming manner from all the staff. I'm convinced that 7 Bone is quite possibly the best place for burgers on the south coast. I've never had a bad experience here and I've been well over 20 times and plan on going many, MANY more times. And may I just say, I'd highly recommend the Robert Johnson and/or the Prince Charles is Overrated. A VERY satisfied customer who's been returning again and again and will continue to do so.

I came here for lunch after seeing good reviews, and it did not disappoint! In particular, the potato tots were amazing, better than the normal fries...perfectly crispy on the outside and soft, delicious potatoes on the inside and with a good amount of dip. The portions are also quite big as well, so if you're not a big eater, one side may be enough between 2. For my main, I had the robert johnston burger, which was one of the best burgers I've had. The burger was cooked medium rare, slightly pink in the middle, and the truffle mushroom mayo complimented it very well. My partner had the donnie j trump burger, which was also good with deep-fried cheese inside but I felt like it might've been a bit too heavy for me to have the full burger with it. The service was quick and efficient with an option to order online via a QR code menu. I was only in Bournemouth for a weekend but I realised that this restaurant is a chain so if I come across this restaurant again, I would certainly be interested in going and I would highly recommend to others as well.

We went to 7bone burger for our last meal of our Bournemouth holiday and we don't regret! Various menu options of burgers and sides. It was hard to decide as everything looked so good! They have a meal deal which gives you little discount when you want to get sides. You can order either on the app from scanning the QR code on the menu or order through staff, it's your choice. I ordered iai(i)n with 3 eyes burger and kim jong wang chicken wings. The burger was really good, I got my patty rare(pink), it was very thick, juicy and tender. So easy to cut with a knife. Burger was served with a pot of gravy which goes VERY WELL with the burger. It was just so nice. Chicken wings I ordered were with gochujang, korean sauce. As I Korean, I can tell that they know what they are doing with Gochujang👍 very tasty! The atmosphere was very nice as well. And so was customer service. Friendly staffs. Overall, we had an amazing experience there and we are willing to go back when we come to Bournemouth again! And would love to try other menus!
