The sandwich i had was nice however everytime i go I am always spoken to quite rudely by the older lady there, I'm never sure why she acts like this towards me . I believe it's due to my age . I went today and I got a lamb roll and when the man is there he normally let's me have a bit of crackling so I asked as i would normally do and she scoffed and said no rather rudely . Every other time I go (when they used to do the boxes of just meat) the man always asks if I wanted stuffing and apple sauce with it however the older lady always says that I'm not spending enough money for the stuffing or Apple sauce, sometimes scoffs at me , says no or I shouldn't be giving u this and i should spend more to get it . Ordered a mixed meat dinner wouldn’t say you get a decent slice of meat. pork and lamb was non existent got half a slice of beef lady carving wasn’t infact carving she was just scraping up what was in the bottom of the tray obviously trying to save as much meat as possible so they didnt have to keep cooking another joint.. lady looked in that much of a rush she couldn’t even look at you when speaking to her or even get a yes out of her when you’ve asked for something just silence yet her shirt said ‘be kind’ wasn’t very welcoming at all the cauliflower in the cauli cheese was rock hard not even cooked through, lumpy mash, carrots and peas taste like water, rubbish dinner all round tight portion, bad customer service not worth 8 quid also picked up a baguette for someone else no gravy or crackling offered hard baguette and dry....

I used to use Baxter’s several times a week as it was good quality food. When the young lads are working the service is 10/10 ,politely served and the sandwiches are always great portioned. However when there’s the older lady working i avoid. She comes across as very rude and unwelcoming,she gives you the minimum that she can get away with in the sandwiches and seems to have a “always right” attitude. I asked for 2 simple things that wasn’t much of an inconvenience at all and i was given sarcastic rude comments back.
