Worst kebab experience of my life. After ordering and waiting in the queue, another customer who had received chips, asked for vinegar. She then received a squirt of vinegar to the face. Defeated, she left. I was disgusted at the actions of the staff, but I presumed she was another drunken troublemaker. I was next to receive my order. Cheesy chips and mixed meat doner was my order, with receipt to prove it. When they took my receipt and gave me a mixer meat doner and asked me to move on, I stated I had ordered cheesy chips and asked them to check my receipt, which they refused. My partner, being vegetarian, asked that they give us the chips we had paid for, as the only food we had received thus far was meat. Again, refusal to cooperate from blue lagoon staff. We then pointed out that we had paid £15, much more than any mixed meat kebab on the menu, and clearly for another part of the order. The staff began raising their voice and tempers, stating that we had ordered another meal in another language that I do not speak. I asked what that was, and they began to shout at me to leave. We were staying in the Crabwall Manor hotel and ordered our delivery at 5:30pm that was reciepted with a prompt email from Just Eat with delivery time estimate of 6:30pm. At 6:45, still no food so I called Blue Lagoon and the person I spoke to lied and said they'd only just received the order. We finally got our food at 7:30pm but had to call the driver twice to see where he was. He said he was outside but was nowhere to be seen. The food was squashed and sauces were leaking out the containers. There was no apology from the restaurant or the driver. The whole experience was very sloppy and I would urge anyone else to try another kebab restaurant as these people don't seem to care about their cutomers. Ordered a kebab thinking it would be fresh, it was pulled out of a metal cylinder. I asked if they could do me a fresh one but they told me to go somewhere else if I wanted a fresh chicken kebab. Considering I already paid there wasn’t much I could do. I asked why I couldn’t have a fresh one and he gave me a cheeky answer ‘I don’t like it’ which didn’t even make sense.

I asked for a garlic sauce on the kebab and it was smothered in ketchup which completely ruined the already non fresh kebab, I took it back and asked them to put garlic sauce on it and they argued with me about it.

While this was going on they were cutting the fresh chicken for their own staff food. Disgusting service for any customers.
