Please avoid this pharmacy/ store. Time wasters and not helpful staff.
I order something via app with store pick up. The order was delivered and I received 4 different emails from evri and superdrug that my order is ready. I opened just one where was my order number to collect in store. Superdrug staff gave me one box and marked my order collected. When I arrived at home I noticed there is item missing. I looked again on my email and I realised evri sent me a picture with 2 boxes for my order.
Tried to contact superdrug customer service but they ONLY have email or messenger contact with customer service and they reply maybe after 24 hours if you are lucky.
Because there was no response via messenger with customer service, I went in store next day again to ask for the second box. I was told there is no second box and when I showed them the picture sent by courier the lady raised her shoulders. I told her that as per picture the second box was definitely delivered and she said she has no idea because many boxes are duped on their deskā¦. What?! Is it my problem that they are very unorganised and have poor communication with delivery people?
She asked me to contact customer service which guess what?! i canāt because they do not respond to messages. Probably they will replay in 3 days or so. So here I am, without my order. And with my money taken.
Not to mention how bored and not interested in my issue was the lady who served me.
Iāll never use their services again. Wasted my time to go 2 times in store and many hours trying to contact customer service because they canāt do anything...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreReally bad service, went to the pharmacy counter at Chester Pharmacy, got ignored for 10mins while the staff member spoke to the delivery man, I have worked in retail for 15 years, so I understand it gets busy and when things are dropped off and you are short staffed, you maybe the only person there to deal with this but some acknowledgement goes a long way, just a nod of the head, or I will be with you in minute, will do, I got nothing,. Another customer turned up with her prescription, after 10.mintuew of me being in plan sight the shop assistant went to serve her first, the customer had to point out that I was first, she then seemed like she couldn't be bothered to find out what I needed, asked me a quick question, then got the product, as I walked off I thought I would check it was what I asked for, I found it was the wrong thing I hadn't even left the store so walked back to the counter within one minute of purchasing the product, I explained it was the incorrect thing, she said she wasn't sure how to do an exchange, ans went over to speak to the Manager who said can't do refunds on things from the pharmacy, urm I literally just bought it like 1 minute ago, and you have given me the incorrect product, I walked up to the Manager myself and asked again, same response again. Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent in to this store a week ago and received unprovoked shocking, disgusting, rude behaviour from one member of staff who it appears was on a power trip. I've never been spoken to like that before in my life and with 10 years in retail I know that you should never speak to a customer the way he did!!
He verbally assaulted me, was rude, aggressive and effectively accused me of changing price tags in the store...so basically he was indirectly accusing me of theft. He did this all in a fast paced tirade that was incomprehensible and then accused ME of being aggressive and rude to his colleague (I have a witness who confirms I wasn't) and he then advised me to leave the store. I was so shocked I left physically shaking. Absolutely ruined the last few days of my precious maternity leave.
God forbid this (abridged version) had happened to someone of a fragile disposition and what they would have done when they had gone home as this really could have tipped someone over the edge.
I'll be following it up with a formal complaint and will take the matter further but having looked on Google reviews it would appear that this seems to be an endemic and an ongoing issue in this store which they're not even seem...
