I visited many stores around my local area and ended up travelling to Chester where I found a store who were willing to help me create my Fiancé’s dream ring. We were both so pleased with the ring that we have recently returned to create my Wedding ring and make a sentimental pendant out of my fiancé’s previous earring that was gifted to her. We took our granddaughter shopping for a diamond ring for her 18th Birthday recently,and she wanted a heart shaped 1. After looking in all of the other jewellery shops,we gave up and were headed back to the car.We were walking along the rows when we noticed this store,and our granddaughter seen exactly what she wanted in the window. The warm,friendly welcome we received was beyond anything we got in any of the other “Major” stores. There were a further 2 heart shaped diamond rings brought out for her to see,but it was the first 1 she seen that was chosen. At no point was there any hard selling or pressure put on us to buy,which is not often the way these days. The ring was too small for her but we were told it could be made bigger in time for her birthday,and she was very happy to hear this. We paid for the ring and were told it would be ready in 2 weeks time,and it was. We returned to Chester last week to collect the ring,and once again,we were given the warmest of welcomes. This will be our go to jewellery store for all future purchases,and I have already planned to take several rings my wife owns here (white gold) to have the rhodium...
