Cibo Brighton — Restaurant in England

We recently celebrated my wife’s birthday at Cibo, and it was an evening to remember. From the moment we stepped in, we were embraced by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The restaurant’s environment was calm and elegant, which made it easy to enjoy our time, even with our kids being a bit noisy. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and welcomed.

The food at Cibo was absolutely out of this world. Having traveled and dined at thousands of restaurants around the globe, I can confidently say that this was the best meal I’ve ever had. Each dish was a masterpiece, bursting with authentic flavors that took us back to our roots. Being originally from Eritrea, where Italian cuisine has a special place in our hearts due to our shared history, it was truly a nostalgic and delightful experience.

The service was impeccable, with the staff attentive to every detail, but it was the food that stole the show. The chef deserves all the praise for crafting such exquisite dishes that reflect the true essence of Italian cuisine. The flavors, the presentation, and the quality were simply exceptional.

Cibo has set a new standard for Italian dining, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special occasion with our family. We left the restaurant not just satisfied, but amazed and eager to return.

We came in for a treat dinner whilst visiting Brighton for one night. We were promptly greeted by a very polite man, who showed us to our table and waited to ensure we were comfortable and happy before leaving us to choose some drinks. The entire time we were there the service was exemplary, and it felt like we’d stepped right into the heart of their family home - like we were important guests to them. The food was out of this world. Honestly, the best thing I’ve ever eaten, and I’ve eaten out in a LOT of restaurants. Booked Cibo for hubby's birthday and was not disappointed. Obviously with it being a Saturday, I reserved a table beforehand but it looked like they do their best to take walk-ins as well. The food was an absolute delight! We had the sharing antipasti to start - it looked so fresh and appetizing and did not disappoint! Delicious! For main, I had Penne Romana and himself had Penne Filleto. Again, it looked and smelled fantastic The pasta was cooked perfectly and we thoroughly enjoyed every bite!
