Surprisingly engaging and interesting little museum. Despite its relatively small size there's so much to learn and read here, and the people behind its design seem genuinely passionate for the subject matter. I particularly enjoyed the VR experience which takes you out to and all the way up a turbine. Free to walk in and enter. It's uncrowded during the week although it's possible you may have to book a free slot for the weekend and holidays.

A very fun and enjoyable place to visit and its all free. Lots of games, interactive displays and hands on things to do. I work within the renewables industry and I can genuinely say that the overwhelming impression people I visited with gave me after their visit is that it has been really enjoyable and very informative. Everyone loved the Virtual Reality (VR) experience, and that's free to use too.

Well worth popping in to see the displays, lots of interesting facts and info about the wind farm that is visible along the coast. The VR experience is also a nice touch.

27.06.23 Came to the centre with my son for a little trip. Sign said closed for private party 10am till 1.30pm. We came around 11am as website said open read the notice that it is closed today till 1.30pm so we went away but hung around till 1.30pm my son being really patient as its very hot, came back at 1.30pm and waited another 10mins then the girl came out and changed the board to closed till 2pm. Already having waited 2.5hours another half an hour is just too long and by that time an unhappy child! Very...

Had a wonderful time here with my mum, who's 73. The staff were super friendly and the exhibits interesting. Losts ofbgreat facts and images. Absolutely loved the VR headset experience that takes you out to the windfarm. I have been on the actual boat tour (which is utterly amazing and definitely worth a visit too), but the VR experience also gives you an insight inside one of the the turbines and on top of one too on the outside! Do go. You'll love it. My mum did too....
