The woman there with the glasses was the worst most unwelcoming staff member I have ever came across came in for opening time and was told that I had been waiting long enough so felt really unwelcome and she was just plain rude towards us And felt as though I was pressured to get out and didn’t end up getting any food I will not be entering there again worst establishment ever. This isn’t the first time this as happened she does...

The most rude ignorant member of staff we’ve ever come across and we’ve been using cooplands since we can remember. 1530 on sat 30 jan. Have a word with that rude woman. In all the north of England we’ve never met a rude member of your staff....

Cooplands have the best jam tarts, both lemon or red berry, than any other bakery or supermarket version I've ever tried...and I've tried a lot! And I love their filled rolls made fresh...
