Cravinn — Restaurant in England

I'm sad to post this as had been dying to try a meal from there. Firstly the good.

Mac cheese was not dry at all. Pasta cooked perfect and the cheese the right amount for blending tastes. The jerk rice was loved by all. The chicken thigh was great in flavour but not just enough as two thighs on the bone left my husband needing more. Maybe sell thighs separately?

The bad , the fries totally underdone (ok no big deal for most. The ribs broke my heart after ready the whole story of 24 hours marinated and then slow cooked to fall off the bone???? Total opposite last night. Chewy and an effort to get off the bone. Which left.me.with chips and Mac cheese for my dinner. If you can't guarantee the ribs then what's the point? My son had the southern fried chicken and liked it. Said the bites were a little tough but the flavour was there and the sauce on it was very nice. Really unsure if we'd come back which...

From a big fan to never will be going there again. Your food is going down hill, a few months ago when you were reopened, I was so excited and happy, when you initially opened a few years ago, your jerk chicken was amazing, grilled just right with perfect seasoning. then it became soggy and salty after you reopened from covid, but still it was still edible. Now it’s become tasteless, very dry, very burned, flavorless. I had thrown away half of the chicken from the other night as it was so burn! I did not enjoy any of the food bought. This was my first time eating here and I am beyond disappointed. I ordered the curry goat and rice&peas, when it came I noticed the curry goat was boney and the rice was hard. The food had a strange taste to it but I ignored it.
