If I could have left zero stars I would have. You can see in the images what I ordered against what I actually received. Its not the first time with Dominoes but it will be the last. Ice cream or drinks sometimes go wandering, imo they must not be feeding their staff. That is not my problem. I am struggling to feed myself and it's not my job to feed grown adults that I don't know. Uber eats support have also been useless and ignored me for 10 days and their phoneline does t work they just push you back to the app. So unless you have money to burn during this credit crisis and you enjoy being left hungry do not waste your time or resources. The delivery driver was also extremely rude virtually wanted my papers to recieve this disgusting order, I only realised when he'd driven off it was wrong. I also have the address of the person that ordered this food stuck too the pizza box (I hope they enjoyed my food) surely thats a data breach and lucky I am sensible and honest person. The so called servers at the shop kept hanging up the phone on me and staying silent so don't expect prompt resolution from Uber or Dominoes. I am far from wealthy and have hidden disabilities including eating dificulties I am medicated for and am trying to pick myself up off the floor after losing my mother and relied heavily on Uber and deliveries to survive. I will not be using either until this is resolved. I will return to just eat etc and other taxi services. In my customer service days I would have NEVER EVER! and its extra insulting to me to be treated like this after giving so many years of service and this is why I refuse to pay for bad service and since my mother passed I have plenty of time to flag bad service for me and others. Life is too hard atm for bad service and bad business. I am still awaiting a refund 10 days later and Uber support seem to be ignoring me, clearly neither of these businesses respect...

Had a called from the delivery driver stating he was outside but the buzzer didn’t work so I had to come down. Went down, no one was there, had another call and I’m trying to direct the driver where I am, standing outside in the freezing cold for 10 mins. Then went back upstairs and called the store. The manager said the driver was with me, he wasn’t. I said he’d called me 20 mins ago (it was 15, I was 5mins off) to which the manger replied he couldn’t have possibly as he only left the store 5 mins ago, I said I have the call records to prove to which he continued to claim I was lying. And when I corrected myself stating it was 15 mins ago and not 20, he then had a disgusting attitude stating I was so very wrong etc etc. I said I expected a refund as this is the second time I’ve had problems with them, he said he wil issue it and then BLOCK me from ordering from them again! Avoid like the plague!...

So one phone call and 30minutes later our food arrives, everything was fine, then we realised they had gotten our order wrong.
No problem, we alerted the delivery man and called the shop immediately,
To my irritation it took roughly 20 phone calls, half an hour in total on hold, being hung up on 4 times and talking to the manager twice before they finally corrected their mistake and sent our one side order out...
When it finally arrived an hour and a half after the initial miscommunication, our side was cold, which was additionally shocking considering we live locally.
I must say I am appalled at the lack of organisation, communication and value for customers at this branch.
